Theres so many reasons for stuff like this. For video games its often a feeling of failure or unmaxxed potential.

I largeky stopped video games when seriously looksmaxxing last summer (chadstralia) I didnt do it conciously do. It was because i had way less time. I was swimming 2-3x a week. Gymming 3x a week. Yoga 1x a week. I added the swimming in summer and have kept it up atill in our winter. But that incredibly stoic lifestyle eats at you. Its made my body better. I get a lot more foid attention like i ddi when i was 21 pre spinal injury ( i was a disabledcel for a few brutal years of treatment and recovery)

That super stoic life is worth it. My body is better than its ever been. Im stringer than quite a few of my friends. But it gets lonely. Youll be drawn back to vidya to cope. Or some other cope while you do it. But the resukts are worth it.

I did mine for career purposes. Easier to get hired abd promoted. But it had the unintended effect of making me more attractive to foids. And for example i went to my first music festival really since my spinal injury. Foids treated me great. Unsolicited grinding on me. Big smiles approaching me. I went for the music. But it was nice to see how chad gets to enjoy music festivals. I always knew when i was younger there was something i was missing out on at festivals and parties.

If youre looking to give up vidya, give it up for a while. Or replace it with another cope. But while you give it up maxx out your tine. Use it to looksmaxx or study maxx or career maxx. Something that puts you in a stronger overall position moving forward so life is that bit easier and then its also easier to say if you career maxxed hire a personal trainer to help you looksmaxx. Or get a better job if you looksmaxxed or stidymaxxed.

My big thing when i stopped them was nightwalking in summer. Music and noghtwalking to relax. Cant do that in winter. But still.
