Red Pill TheoryStop talking and go lift. (self.TheRedPill)

submitted by VisiblePlan

Stop asking questions and go lift.

My girl doesn't talk to me as much and hangs around with other men a lot. How can I keep my frame and get her to like me?

You are unattractive to her. Stop talking to her and go lift.

My boss pushes me around and walks all over me at work. How do I stand up for myself?

You look like a pushover and act like one. Go lift. And stop stumbling over your words, say what you want to say. People will respect you more.

Women don't give me any Iois, how do I get their attention?

You become attractive. Go lift.

I haven't ever gotten laid and I used to post on incel forums. How do I break out of my negative mindset?

You didn't get laid because you have low SMV. Fix that. Go lift.

Here's this post about the dangers of feminis-

We know already. You can't do anything about it. Go lift.

I'm suici-

Go lift. Lifting increases endorphins and makes you happier. You are unhappy because you passively watch life pass you by and do nothing to enjoy it. Stop getting trapped in negative thinking and change your circumstances.

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results - Einstein

You keep asking questions, you keep wondering why you aren't getting results. You've skimmed past the sidebar, you laughed at GayLubeOil posts, why havent you gotten pussy on demand yet?

It's because you still act like a beta loser. And before you think 'oh he means everyone but me.' I absolutely mean you. Women aren't psychics, they can't divine some inner-alpha hidden underneath your pounds of fat or your visible flesh and bones. Women don't find you attractive. Some people can get laid otherwise, but the Redpill was started because it's easier to get jacked and have women wanna fuck you immediately than to memorize some shitty negs a retard wearing a Dr.Suess hat made up.

I'm getting tired of the answer to every question in asktrp being, 'youre a beta faggot who is unattractive.' I'm getting tired of every post an endorsed contributor makes being challenged by incels because 'haha he hates women, anger phase much?' you are not redpilled, and your not even bluepilled. You're a clear pill, which is even worse because you know what steps you need to take and yet you ignore them.

Stop talking.

Go lift.

I appreciate this post, the problem is that those you're talking to won't pay attention.

I'm not sure where the latest influx came from, but 90% of posts in asktrp these days are guys that haven't read the sidebar and don't intend to.

Fuck, one last week asked the question in the comments "what is a plate?"

[–]Whopper_Jr409 points410 points  (7 children) | Copy Link

A plate is what you put on the bar when you go lift

[–]listeriosis6959 points60 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Underrated comment. Damn near spat out my coffee

[–][deleted]  (1 child) | Copy Link

[–]Andorli8 points9 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

There was glorious time on AskTRP when that was the answer to 90% of questions.

[–]MaTArcher4 points5 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Time for a REAL Whopper then !

[–][deleted] 57 points58 points  (6 children) | Copy Link

I feel like asktrp is getting a lot more tourists lately who haven't even made the first step in becoming RP.

It used to be a lot more experienced guys asking each other questions to review their progress or about issues they've come across on their RP journey. Now it's complete beginners and incels. Am I imagining things or am I right?

[–]James_Rustler_29 points30 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

This happens to every forum as it grows in readership. There is an upside however, more people are being exposed to these ideas.

[–]1NathanHollister8 points9 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

That's because Reddit quarantined us. So it attracted more dudes.

[–]chemical-miracle5 points6 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Exactly, that's what I liked about it but it's lost the sense of community it once had.

[–]nicyhasreddit0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

This makes RP look real bad. I get people want to learn, but show it by at least reading the sidebar first.

[–]NannerCapper42 points43 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

I disagree with you, man. Last year I got out of a blue pill relationship and had awful self esteem and 0 fitness. I started checking out these posts and they honestly motivated me. I'm lifting 6 times a week now and currently have 2 plates spinning. If it wasn't for posts like these, I don't know where I'd be. Ultimately I am responsible for how awesome I am now, but these types of posts were the catalyst. Even if they reach one person, I think it's a job well done.

[–]idontmiind14 points15 points  (3 children) | Copy Link

Another one said that trp only applies to whites. You can't make this shit up

[–]BusterVadge3 points4 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

TRP is not alt-right but retards often get confused and lump us in with the alt-righters. Sure, some of the guys here lean to the extreme right but not all of us. And biology has absolutely zip to do with politics. It is what it is.

[–]5Imperator_Red8 points9 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

And biology has absolutely zip to do with politics.

Biology has everything to do with politics

[–]inetkid1317 points18 points  (2 children) | Copy Link

Ironically I got banned from mgtow for suggesting to focus on self improvement and ‚going your own way‘.

A lot of people just want to complain and see themself as victims

[–]RivenHalf18 points19 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

MGTOW group is a fucking joke, I got banned for pointing out that all the movies someone said that show women as masculine were directed by men. They are literally cotton ball soft. I guess that's why they went their own way because they couldn't figure out any other way lol I kid...but nah, they are actually jokes. If you swallow the black pill then I'm just glad you're out of my way. One less competitor.

[–]TrumpIsTheMan691 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Oh like the plate I use to eat pizza everyday?

[–]athrowaway-9001116 points117 points  (14 children) | Copy Link

To all the people arguing against lifting-- lifting is a means of self improvement. Through self improvement we are improving our SMV value and that attracts women.

Women are byproducts of success. Not the goal.

[–]ToiletPaperPringles47 points48 points  (11 children) | Copy Link

There’s people that argue against lifting?

[–]yungassed35 points36 points  (6 children) | Copy Link

I haven't seen flat out oppose it but rather argue that it is not essential if you're staying active with another sport. TRP agrues it is pillar regardless of what other sports you are doing for a multitude of reasons. It allows you set regular objective goals that you can work towards and achieve which build a mental framework of success and achieve that flows in other parts of your life.

They say there sport is enough to say healthy and kept in shape so they don't need to lift. Its typically on said but someone that has never lifted before. There is a reason why all the top sports pro have a strength training program along side their sport specific one.

[–][deleted] 18 points19 points  (5 children) | Copy Link

Idc what other sport you do, you need to lift. Broadens you’re shoulders, thickens your arms and boosts your testosterone.

It’s literally the easiest thing you can do to improve you life and makes getting cunt 100x easier.

[–]athrowaway-900113 points14 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

More than you would imagine. Sadly the plethora of beta ass posts that come out can easily be solved by stfu and lifting

[–]ToiletPaperPringles11 points12 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

This is absolutely true. I remember I was the one who posted cringe asktrp posts then I got a wake up call from the comments.

Shutting up and lifting truly does fix 95% of the issues there.

[–]Ikar114 points5 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

You have no idea. People call me freak in my office because I lift.

[–]Standgrounding3 points4 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Funny considering lifting is the only thing that is keeping my mental health at sane levels

[–]PowerUpTheLighthouse2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Women are byproducts of success. Not the goal.

This is a great point 👍

[–]NorthEasternNomad1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

"Lifting" is also a catch all term.

Lift. Run. Calisthenics. Do what gets you fit and makes you more physically appealing.

Do it. Dont talk about it. Brag about it. Contemplate it. And dont - for the love of the gods do not - wait until you feel motivated.

Just. Go. Do. It.

[–]singalongjohn88 points89 points  (45 children) | Copy Link

What happens when we all start lifting and girl's standards consequently get higher because now every guy is jacked?

[–]VisiblePlan[S] 177 points178 points  (4 children) | Copy Link

We will have to bring back The Colliseum and have Gladiator fights for poon.

[–]anon_likes_tendies77 points78 points  (2 children) | Copy Link

No. We make them fight for us. Screw that pandering Jazz.

[–]Duleekim45 points46 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

No. We make them fight for us. Screw that pandering Jazz.

Why is this downvoted, it's correct. Their standards don't rise, ours do.

[–]Tutsks27 points28 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Well, because Gladiator fights sound really sweet, to be honest.

[–]Liquid-Kitteh0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

I live in a third world country and barely anyone lifts so you’ll stand out if you do. I guess in the West a lot more people are active.

[–]dropit_reborn22 points23 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

[–]athrowaway-900144 points45 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Considering the fact that the obesity epidemic is getting worst not in just America, but all over the world. The availability of cheap carbs and sugars and how readily available it is just shows how we are at this point.

In any case, there should be less competition and more room for you to grow. Disregard the crabs in the bucket and continue with your lifts.

[–]DerDroogie13 points14 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Being jacked means you are taking ‘some’ control of your life. There’s more than that of course, such as your mission, competence in your field, personal grooming, social skills and other things that will increase your SMV.

Next issue is when you’ve invested that much in yourself, women will smell that you’re a catch.

You’ll be picking them, not the other way around.

[–]Strike4836 points37 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

That's not gonna happen. Lifting takes work and not everyone is down to put that work in. Enjoy the benefits of being one of the few.

Also, outside of the gym and active hobbies, go around your city and look at your average dudes. 90% of them look like absolute shit. There is no great scale competition

[–]serynada10 points11 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

don’t worry. this will never happen.

[–]throwaway-aa247 points48 points  (11 children) | Copy Link

Not going to happen. Not in our lifetime. The ratio of people that know, believe, and adhere to RP is 0.01% and that's being super fucking generous. You're fucking lucky to find men and women who exercise regularly, or are even at a healthy body weight and eat healthy, let alone people that lift, and look like they lift.

Edit: you're lucky to even convince the newcomers to TRP to fucking lift!

[–]_DeezNuts714_14 points15 points  (10 children) | Copy Link

Dead wrong. Come to any major university and see. Every guy is jacked.

[–]Ave_Melchom12 points13 points  (3 children) | Copy Link

Having recently been to a major university, and having been practically rolling in pussy - there are a lot of fit dudes, there are also a lot of incredibly beta fit dudes.

[–]_DeezNuts714_2 points3 points  (2 children) | Copy Link

Really? I find it hard to believe you were rolling in pussy based on your post history (World of Warcraft and Satanism). I’m going to assume they were probably nerdier girls, as opposed to girls in sororities.

[–]Ave_Melchom1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Oh absolutely, i fucking love the nerds.

[–]_DeezNuts714_-4 points-3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Lol... Thought red pill was about going after desirable girls. Most chumps could pull a nerd girl

[–]serynada15 points16 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

“every guy is jacked” lol, no

[–]_DeezNuts714_4 points5 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Ok, I suppose that was an exaggeration, however I’d say the overwhelming majority are fit at the very least.

[–]MyNameIsSaifa6 points7 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Type 1 error, you don't see the unwashed hordes of fat neckbeards.

Source: I was one. Look at the CS or MEng students, I guarantee the majority of them will be borderline subhuman.

[–]631_Exuberant_Bias0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy Link

Can confirm. A lot of guys at Clemson University are jacked and fit. The guys at the New York community college I transferred from were mostly skinnyfat or slightly out of shape hipsters. This was the case with the girls too. I was amazed at the stark difference.

Is this just because South Carolina is a red state and therefore less cucked by fat acceptance and other leftist body positivity memes, or is there another reason? Explain this trend.

[–]_DeezNuts714_0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Might have a correlation with wealth. Most people who go to schools like Clemson come from middle to upper class families, which tend to care about fitness and health.

I go to a school like Clemson. It’s in the same conference.

[–]rockyp3210 points11 points  (3 children) | Copy Link

I’ve wondered this myself what would happen??? People say it won’t happen but what would happen would women’s standards get higher and now u gotta have an 8 pack to have a chance ?

[–]Endorsed ContributorMarsupian4 points5 points  (2 children) | Copy Link

Perspectives will change but it will be attitude/status/game/logistics that will seperate the 20 from the 80.

[–]Idontgetitboyz1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

This should get into the head of all newcomers. Or a sticky post or something. A lot of people today forget this.

[–]rockyp321 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

So it’s just even more selective?

[–]1NathanHollister18 points19 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

It won't happen. 90% of men are lazy and will never lift.

[–]estrogenmilk4 points5 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

I'm in australia and this is literally it. Every. Motherfucker. Is. At. The. Gym.

Unless your absolutely uberjacked it's hardly putting you above anybody else, you just are put inside the sexual pool rather than out. Minus the tanned bodies, attractive haircuts and everything else.

what happens when we all start lifting and the bar gets higher?

As far as I'm concerned that isn't something coming in the future, It's already happened. In my area I look around and all you see are people who play in live bands. Relaxed longer haired surfer type people and football ingrained into the culture. Jacked with tattoos mad haircut, cool hobbies and good clothes all just come standard issue.

The only question is, what happens now?

[–]Danolix0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

So if no one around me lifts and I start lifting then...?

[–]ElectronicStrain887 points8 points  (3 children) | Copy Link

To be honest, going to the gym and doing the actual lifting is just the first step. When I look at most guys in my gym, they do not have a nice body. The number of guys that lift is small and the number of guys that are jacked is even lower.

[–]throwaway-aa23 points4 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

FACTS. Most guys in the gym don’t know what the fuck they’re doing. Another guy who works out, so he actually gets it, rather than a lot of you idiots. Dudes doing nothing but benching, quarter squats, no one deadlifts or does overhead presses. I look more jacked even as a novice lifter (by powerlifting standards) than a lot of these idiots. So no, even if everyone lifted (again, not going to happen), most people aren’t going to look the best they can.

[–]TheStoicCrane3 points4 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Most people go to the gym to exercise. Few go to actually train. Those who know the difference get gains.

[–]TheStoicCrane1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

They go with short term stupid goals like "getting a beach bod" or "losing 10lbs" instead of long term goals like "Get my bench from 265lbs to 315lbs in under 6 months" or "Pull a PR on Squat, Bench, Deadlift, and Overhead Press once a week".

An even better goal that the 2 mentioned; "Read books to learn how to train instead of exercising like a sperg."

[–]Chitlinsandgravy1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

[–]Redpiller770 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

If in this scenario women are still the same, it just means that the amount of guys that fuck will get higher, but the amount of women that do will get lower.

[–]le_artistic_madlad0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

lol you think everybody is gonna lift. That's never gonna happen.

[–]bigsink2114 points15 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

When you’ve built a bigger frame and got strong and big but still can’t get any pussy. Now the gym is my distraction from the outside and has barely helped with my mindset. But I’ve always been socially awkward; got to work on it and fix that before the end of high school. Smh

[–]Danolix3 points4 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

It's really like that if you don't talk to people in general, that's the next step.

[–]11-Eleven-1114 points15 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

[–]riggedved16 points17 points  (3 children) | Copy Link

But don't just dispose off your cum on just about anyone.

Your body works hard to manufacture semen, uses vital resources and nutrients to make a really potent, potentially life making fluid. Don't be cheap with it. She should be deserving of swallowing your cum.

Lifting is important. Game is just as important. You will do better with both.

[–]throwaway-aa235 points36 points  (13 children) | Copy Link

hell no. From someone who has done TONS of game, more than most men will ever do in this sub... game is not just as important. The first step in this journey is frame, confidence, happiness, becoming powerful amongst other men, and becoming attractive amongst women. Lifting is this step. Game ONLY helps you get women, and good luck if you don't have the confidence or the requisite looks.. you're going to spin your wheels for days, weeks, and months. From someone who spun their wheels listening to people who said this shit... if I could do one fucking thing, I'd go back and just lift. Game is important but not nearly as important as lifting, not even close.

[–]1empatheticapathetic11 points12 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Effective game implies inner confidence. Took me a while to understand properly.

[–]altectech9 points10 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Completely agree, I wish I had just stuck with lifting sooner. I've now gained 20 lbs (mostly muscle) in the past 6 months and I'm getting a lot more attention and success just talking to girls now. Women that were interested in me 6 months ago and hadn't seen me now get bright eyed when they see my new physique, put their hands on me and rub my chest and shoulders... and a lot more.

[–]dracoj213 points4 points  (8 children) | Copy Link

Someone with better game will get more lays than someone with bigger muscles

[–]throwaway-aa23 points4 points  (2 children) | Copy Link

Who says that the path of learning game is guaranteed? Do you assume every guy that learns the skill of game is even successful? Even for people that run game, there is a large swath of acknowledgement that most people attempting or running game are wasting their time. Let’s also talk about the fact that most guys that get successful have a strong group of people to go out with. So now you have to coordinate schedules with people, and stay out later than you normally would. The KICKER, is that most of the people who are successful in these groups, ALREADY look good.

I’ll say it again: none of you motherfuckers have ran games like me. The process of game is an astronomical time sink, with very little guarantee that you’ll get even slightly good. Combine that with the fact that, when you approach hundreds / thousands of girls, you get to next phase (number / date / sex) by very thin margins, and so improving your looks and confidence has such an incredible impact. Let’s also remember that the skill of game is something that easily becomes rusty. You don’t use it for 2 months, and you will lose a lot of that juice.

Long story short: take it from someone who gamed for years in my community, who saw the success of other gamers. The ones that had success, are either the ones that focus only on that (gaming 6-7 days a week), or the guys who are borderline naturals with women, or the ones who have been in it for years without rest, or the guys who already have a defined physique.

Again, it’s not that I’m saying game is useless. You’re all getting this wrong. But it’s usefulness, reliability, isn’t that of weight lifting. PERIOD. you don’t see “learn game” as rule 0 or 1 in the sidebar do you?

You learn to lift, so that you’re not out here wasting time gaming women with short attention spans. It’s something that... if you really care about it, you can’t really mess up, you can bench 2 plates, squat 3 plates, and deadlift 4 plates in a year, and will magnify ANY game you want to run anyway.

Again..... I’ll say it again. Game isn’t useless. But lifting is so much more important.

[–]dracoj211 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Lifting can get you far but game will take you farther,Skinny ugly guys like rsdtyler can pull more than someone just because of their physique

[–]throwaway-aa21 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

You practically didn’t read what I wrote. Go ask yourself why lifting is the first thing this sub recommends you do. Consider that RSDTyler picks up women as his career fuck face. Valuable men don’t have time to game 1-3 hours a day, which is WHAT THEY SUGGEST BY THE WAY, along with most people good at game. Again, I know more about this than you, and you all continue to make bad arguments, “without” responding to what I wrote.... I swear some of you people are beyond lost.

[–]Redgrin-Grumbolt2 points3 points  (3 children) | Copy Link

Lifting will move you from zero to minimum pussy, and as you progress raise the bar of minimum. Game is how you unlock plating and fucking the bitches you actually want, as opposed to whoever is keen to fuck cause you look good enough.

[–]throwaway-aa20 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy Link

So why isn’t game suggested as the first rule? I’ll leave that as an exercise for you to answer.

[–]Redgrin-Grumbolt2 points3 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

IMO, because lifting makes you better whereas game makes you able to make bitches think you're better. Game is a lot of fake it til you make it, whereas with lifting you're learning how to work hard to make yourself better, it's a superior activity to do first if only because noob gains make fake it til you make it easier anyway, and in the long run is superior because you'll start to see the reward of long term hard work raising your SMV. It's not just looking better that makes lifting critical. I'm biased as fuck anyway because my career requires me to be physically capable and therefore lifting isn't just for bitches but for myself.

[–]throwaway-aa20 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

I think I misunderstood your stance. I agree, lifting is far more important.

[–]Redpiller77-1 points0 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Game is everything. If your game is good enough you can be a fat fuck and get the best pussy. Thing is, it is way easier to go lift that become a Game God.

[–]VisiblePlan[S] 21 points22 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Game is important, but for a newbie you need to lay a foundation before putting up the walls.

[–][deleted]  (18 children) | Copy Link

[removed]

[–]throwaway-aa216 points17 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

You're being generous. Even if you couldn't bench 2 plates at the end of year, lifting would still be more valuable. What most men don't realize, is that game is a manifestation of a valuable man. A Don Juan if you will (read Book of Pook if you don't get this by now). Learning game is helpful, but it's always going to be the "fake it till you make it" of a valuable man. Rather than faking confidence in yourself, you can lift and be confident for a reason. Rather than assume yourself attractive (which will only get you so far), lifting will make you attractive. Rather than parading as someone who is strong mentally and physically, lifting will give you those things. It has nothing to do with being able to quantify it or not. It's the decision to actually "become" attractive and powerful, rather than learning tricks to convince women you are.

Now that being said, game to a man who has lifted, is a lot more powerful. It's making up for all the lost time when he didn't lift, and give him the mindframe he would have gotten, had he lifted. It'll teach you to capitalize more off the interest women will give you, now that you don't look like a skinny child. But lifting and becoming powerful comes first.... has nothing to do with quantification.

I’m not wanting to gain weight. I’m already fat as is.

As far as program goes I do my schools performance pe class, which is lifting 3x a week and cardio 2x 20-30 minutes.

The thing is I’m not skinny. It’s hard to understand. My weight sounds skinny but in actuality I’m fat. I guess I’m what’s called skinnyfat.

[–]throwaway-aa20 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

We need more information than that. Unless your disabled or physiologically broken, you’re doing something wrong (diet, technique, etc)

More importantly than making lifting and fitness your goal is to make your career/trade/finances your goal. Make sure you're doing both.

The last ~10 comments are all bitches whining about how lifting isn’t important or this post is stupid if you want to clean out the low value TRP gutter trolls.

I’m thinking there should be a planned “trigger post” once a week that attracts all the cockroaches to one spot so they can be more easily disposed of.

[–]modTheRedPike3 points4 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

I'll be making an announcement in this post tomorrow afternoon.

[–]2INNASKILLZ2K1814 points15 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

The irony here is, you're tired of the same old posts on ASKtrp, yet you decide to answer it with...the same old lifting post.

There has already been a multitude of why lifting is essential. This post borders on the platitude style.

[–]VisiblePlan[S] 14 points15 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

not enough, apparently. These kids don't read the sidebar, so you have to shout at them until they understand.

[–]aGodofmyownmaking10 points11 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Wait until tomorrow and go lift again. Otherwise read the sidebar but lifting will get you closer every time you do it.

[–]AVN_RL3 points4 points  (7 children) | Copy Link

I'm a newbie, I've been lifting religiously for a year but I have no game

[–]aGodofmyownmaking14 points15 points  (5 children) | Copy Link

That's okay, keep up the lifting, game will follow. One of the things that you will eventually notice is that girls will pay more attention to you, simply due to your physique, just say no a lot and do things you want to do and dont ask for validation. When I did this for the first time I had girls throwing themselves at me and at some point you just fail to resist their advances and get laid. I admit this isn't like gold advice but it will work long term.

[–]AVN_RL6 points7 points  (4 children) | Copy Link

Im a teenager so I still got time 👍

[–]5Imperator_Red5 points6 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Yea you’re good. Just lift, study, and be social

Be in situations where you'll fuck up. The only way to get better is to get experience.

[–]TeamLitten3 points4 points  (3 children) | Copy Link

I agree with you fully. Lifting is important (but sadly wrestling season is starting so I gotta go lean for a couple months). However, my friends who have dad bods tend to do better than I do with girls (we’re in high school). Why do you think that is? My one friend has a dad bod and acne but he talks to girls who he himself deems to be “out of his league”. I believe it is because of his high charisma and humor. I’m more muscular than he is (yet I’ve been cursed with a fully grown 5’5 140 lbs. body) so what do you think I can do when lifting seems to not be enough?

[–]ghjklzxcv1235 points6 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

In your age only important things are being successful in school and lifting consistently. It doesn't even matter if you are chad or not, it is only highschool, no one cares.

[–]Meng_Hao91 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

It's tough but you'll have to accept that teenage girls don't know what they want and are more concerned with the social hierarchy in their group of friends/ the high school than anything else. If you be resilient and keep lifting and studying/learning you will be surprised how well you will do once you are at college or at parties/bars and clubs. Have faith and don't worry about petty high school dramas.

[–]serr73 points4 points  (2 children) | Copy Link

Just started going to the gym again and while I am working my way back up to lifting free weights I’m sticking to getting my endurance up and the machines. Mostly because there’s a group of very loud and annoying Hispanics, I’m Hispanic also, who hog literally that entire area.

[–]HillarysCell-mate2 points3 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Why would you let them get in the way of your goals? Stick to free weights my dude. Compound lifts are king

[–]serr71 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Well, they get in their groups of 2-4 guys and hog everything and I’m gonna switch to a better gym once I get back into shape, I’m at PF for now and I’m looking for a “real” gym to go to in a couple of months.

[–]chemical-miracle6 points7 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

I appreciate this post, the problem is that those you're talking to won't pay attention.

I'm not sure where the latest influx came from, but 90% of posts in r/asktrp these days are guys that haven't read the sidebar and don't intend to.

Fuck, one last week asked the question in the comments "what is a plate?"

[–]ChadBrowGer5 points6 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

I tell this to all my friends, but they don’t listen. They just continue to live the cuckold lifestyle

[–]TopCatCabcurr5 points6 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

How the fuck do you guys cope with being sick? I've been getting sick like 4 times past two months, drives me insane not being able to lift.

[–]Balderdash793 points4 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Stop talking.

Go lift.

And while you're at it, sell the Xbox and the Playstation.

Oops I spelled those wrong.

Sell the L-box and the Gay-station.

And go lift.

[–]deathhandmachiavelli2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

I have had my own business now, but before I did, I worked for a company with a "chain of command."

One of the top guys was a real jerk. He was real mean to the OTHER young workers, but not me so much.

One day, he was yelling at them for something stupid. And then he started yelling at me about something that wasn't even my job to do.

There were about 10 people watching.

Rather than taking it, I got in his face and told him never to talk to me that way.

I could see his face twitch with fear and he had a shocked look on his face. He repeated his command, and I told him again, "don't talk to me that way."

He backed off. Needless to say, I didn't do what he was asking. I was ready to get fired right there on the spot rather than being disrespected.

Not only was I ready to get fired, but I was ready to straight up kick his ass right there.

He never reported the incident to the couple of "higher ups." I didn't get in any trouble for it. He also apologized later.

[–]Redpiller771 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

[–]eatclentrenhard691 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

I have been following this advice. Over a year lifting, some gains already despite adverse skinny-fat genetics. However the sex is nowhere to be seen.

I am 30, I am giving lifting ten years give or take to work its magic with the opposite sex... if by age 40 nothing has changed I'm out. I might keep doing some pushups at home as a token legacy effort, but no more.

By the way, I am also suicidal and in my case lifting does not help with that at all.

My two cents.

[–]RidiculouslyFarOut8 points9 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

don't stop lifting, i found a massive difference in my depression when lifting vs not. You may be in for a massive down if you stop if you feel suicidal even when lifting

[–]Oscar_Cc1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Ok, will take it into account.

[–]Dls954055 points6 points  (2 children) | Copy Link

Take partner dancing lessons. It will shock you out of your malaise. There's nothing like having a dozen or more young women in your arms in one night, swaying to the music to get you back in touch with being a man. No lifting required, but if you do that's all the better.

Most guys are scared to death to take dance lessons, but since you're already suicidal you got nothing to lose ;-)

Learn to dance and they will chase you down and fuck your brains out and I'm not exaggerating. And you don't have to be Chad or Tyrone. You do need good grooming and manners. There's 2 or 3 women for every guy in most dance halls. They WANT you to have fun and learn to dance. Women under 30 tend to like swing dance (my favorite) and latin dances. The dance scene in your area may vary. Don't waste a minute with any kind of free style dance, dancing is a contact sport.

And btw, you don't need a partner to go to a dance with lessons. You don't want one, you want to be seen as single. Typically there's a lesson before the dance starts, and everyone rotates through partners as the instructors tell you everything you need to know. It's one smiling woman after another. And forget game and pua tactics, look at it as a form of play with friends. That's the attitude that will have them all over you. Put your thirsty need on the back burner while you get comfortable and learn the ropes. Trust me on this.

And finally, dancing will do something for your confidence you can't even imagine right now. It de-sensitizes you to being in close physical contact with attractive women you don't know who aren't a date. Over time you will learn to relax with them in your arms. This is a very important point. There's no other socially acceptable way to experience this in modern society. It has huge lifetime benefits for a guy. Good luck.

[–]Oscar_Cc1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Thanks a lot, will look into it.

[–]Dls954053 points4 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Pro-tip:

Don't wear any scented products like aftershave or deodorant. Unscented deodorant is available but you have to look for it. Wear freshly washed clothes and take a shower right before going to the dance. If you stink of tobacco or alcohol, poor dental hygiene or anything else, you'll repel women like water off a duck.

Travel. Get out of your environment even for just a few weeks. Head to Thailand, Philippines etc. see the pre-feminism world. Many of your symptoms may be alleviated by getting out of a shitty environment.

[–]Oscar_Cc5 points6 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Thanks for the advice, I like languages and would like to work abroad for a while.

[–]altectech3 points4 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Try doing explosive movements in the gym. I started to plateau and I made that one change, while also getting at least 1.25g of protein for every lb of body weight every day for my macro goals. After that I started blasting off again into gainz city.

Just make sure the concentric part of the lift you are lifting as hard and FAST as you can, then the come down make a controlled 2 seconds, then explode again. Reps at 12 sets at 4 to maximize muscle mass.

Get EXCITED about the gym. Mindset starts there. If your mindset isn't about making yourself look better FOR YOU, and not for these thots, then you're missing the point and are defeated before you begin. It's about YOU baby!

[–]Oscar_Cc0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Thanks, will try to apply that.

[–]soldiertroy2 points3 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Atleast lifting doesn’t make you feel worse right? So try not to stop doing it. Maybe it’s helping you from feeling much worse than you would without it.

I feel the same way as well though. In my mid twenties, maybe give it until I’m 35 to really see if it bears any fruit.

[–]Redpiller771 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Take Patrice O'Neal advice, go to Brazil and go fuck some hookers. He literally became a frame god just by doing that.

[–]HillarysCell-mate1 point2 points  (3 children) | Copy Link

Keep going. One year won’t do much for you muscle wise, it takes a long time to build.

How are the other factors in your life? Friends/social circle, career, important hobbies, etc.

[–]Oscar_Cc1 point2 points  (2 children) | Copy Link

I have good friends and a good family, but no income of my own right now. I am preparing an important exam that will take place in January, if I pass I get a good job, if I fail I will have to actively look for one (high unemployment here in Spain). Of course having no job is a serious drawback for dating. I live with my parents, which here is way way more common than in America, but after a certain age (I'm 30 at the moment) you stand out, and not positively.

Other than studying I have multiple things to do, mainly reading and videogames, although I am losing interest in gaming compared with some years ago. I keep doing it because it is an activity that requires total concentration, and therefore I am able to shut out any negative thoughts in a way that reading does not allow. Recently I have been tinkering with the PC a bit, doing tech stuff, replacing some hardware... being a humanities person I had never done it and I have found that I like it; I might consider it as an alternative when looking for a job.

My biggest problem however is that in recent times I have detected that I don't enjoy social interaction at all. I force myself to go out but I don't give off a good vibe. I also used to talk more, be more spontaneous to the point of fucking up sometimes, and now I am way too cautious...

I never feel lonely and other than the lack of sex I don't miss not having a girlfriend or being asked about it. I will keep lifting for the moment because I don't find it particularly taxing, but I don't see any relationship coming, now or in the future. I hope later in life I will stop caring and be able to enjoy more what I have.

That's the first thing you'll have to tackle: get an income and your own place. I'd argue the "your own place" is more important, even if it's just a tiny flat.

Other than studying I have multiple things to do, mainly reading and videogames, although I am losing interest in gaming compared with some years ago. I keep doing it because it is an activity that requires total concentration, and therefore I am able to shut out any negative thoughts in a way that reading does not allow.

Video games are a crutch, a way to get an easy dopamine boost for almost nothing in return. You'll feel good in the moment but like shit afterwards, like you've been wasting your time (which is kinda true). Stop playing them for a while and see how you feel.

Recently I have been tinkering with the PC a bit, doing tech stuff, replacing some hardware... being a humanities person I had never done it and I have found that I like it; I might consider it as an alternative when looking for a job.

Do more of this! Try new stuff. Computer building. Lockpicking. Woodworking. Programming. Trading. Wine tasting. Whatever. Try a bit of everything until you find something you really like, then invest yourself in it like a motherfucker. Then find a way to monetize it and you just might make a living from it.

My biggest problem however is that in recent times I have detected that I don't enjoy social interaction at all. I force myself to go out but I don't give off a good vibe. I also used to talk more, be more spontaneous to the point of fucking up sometimes, and now I am way too cautious...

Are you going out just for the sake of going out, or are you going out because you want to have fun? You might have to be proactive for the second one and actively look for stuff YOU want to do, but it's worth it. Always go out with the prospect of having fun. Otherwise, why bother?

I never feel lonely and other than the lack of sex I don't miss not having a girlfriend or being asked about it. I will keep lifting for the moment because I don't find it particularly taxing, but I don't see any relationship coming, now or in the future. Women are a lagging indicator of success. If you're lifting but are still a depressed, negative wreck, your life is still in shambles and you'll remain unattractive to a large majority of women.

You need to fix the other aspects of your life first. Start small. Continue lifting, sleep 8 hours or more a day, eat well, stop wasting time on social media. Then, have a goal/dream and work towards it everyday.

If you really feel like you're at the end of the road, don't hesitate going to a (male) therapist for a few sessions.

[–]Oscar_Cc0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

I appreciate your advice, will try to put it into practice.

[–]randarrow2 points3 points  (2 children) | Copy Link

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results - Einstein

Not sure this is a good quote, as doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results describes lifting perfectly. :)

Better quote would be:

Nothing ventured nothing gained.

Good post though.

[–]VisiblePlan[S] 7 points8 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

If you're doing the same thing over and over again, you will not gain more weight from muscle. You will in fact, stay the same weight. You up the dosage to change the results.

[–]randarrow0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Hypertrophy is not only goal of lifting. Cheers mate.

[–]alexanderthegroovy1 point2 points  (12 children) | Copy Link

What if you have an injury?

[–]VisiblePlan[S] 18 points19 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

What kind? They're are work arounds, but if you are bed ridden for life, I'd hire a hooker.

[–]throwaway-aa26 points7 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

  1. What if, you elaborated on your injury, so we don't waste time guessing? This is what females do, this shouldn't be what you do.
  2. Unless you're an amputee (no arms, no legs) you don't have an excuse. You can work out something even with injury, almost 99% of the time. Legs injured? Work arms. Arms injured? work legs. Both of those injured? Work neck, core, back, etc. Now... don't be stupid. I'm not telling you to work through pain and damage your body. I'm saying to find something else you can do safely.
  3. Why do you have an injury? Part of the journey of lifting, is to lift correct, and with good form, so that you DON'T get injured. If you have an injury from lifting, it means you did something wrong.
  4. There is tons of special equipment for people who are injured. People with shoulder injuries, for instance, bench with football bars, rather than regular barbells. Take lifting seriously and research it, just like you'd research anything else you were interested in. The effort will pay off immensely down the road.

[–]VigilantCMDR7 points8 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

very fair point so lets discuss this

types of injuries:

-shoulder injuries: avoid bench press, do dumbbell chest press/flys instead

-leg injuries, focus on upper body lifts

-paralyzed/car accident: fixing your diet will help immensely. eating grilled chicken and watching your calories compared to slamming twinkies down your throat regularly will do a ton to not only your mood but appearance. also not gaining tons of weight

-lots of grip strengthening/ab work you can do, or even just making your traps look bigger.

point is you can usually work around a lot of injuries.

[–]geepy1 point2 points  (6 children) | Copy Link

Is it a permanent injury? If not, find the best evidence-based sports chiropractor/physical therapist around (better yet, find a doc like me who’s licensed in both) and figure out what it’s going to take to get it fixed.

[–]alexanderthegroovy0 points1 point  (5 children) | Copy Link

Chronic elbow tendinosis. Been doing eccentrics for a while but haven't noticed much of a change.

[–]ghjklzxcv1230 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

I think this situation is not permanent. If physician says you cannot lift for your life, then you should start training using techniques that does not require using your arm. You can also train legs 2 times a week, abs nearly everyday, train like a triathlon athlete(i did this when i was injured)

[–]geepy0 points1 point  (3 children) | Copy Link

Lateral or medial (tennis or golfers?)

[–]alexanderthegroovy0 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy Link

Lateral I think. When I get to 90 degrees in a push up I feel a snapping and its painful.

[–]geepy0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy Link

Find someone who does ART (or IASTM works too) to strip the fuck out of your brachioradialis, push the radial head I-S and rock tape/tennis elbow brace for 6 weeks. You’re using a Thera-Bar for those Tyler twist exercises I assume? If not, get one of those.

[–]UltimateCrypto0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Raise your SMV in different ways. Get money, become a leader, become a celebrity, become an influencer. Set your life up so women come to you. You don't need to lift to be successful with women.

[–]altectech0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Red pilled and based

[–]Wraithwain0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Unless you live out in the boonies with no gym within driving range and haven't figured out how to order gym equipment online; there aren't really much excuses left for not lifting.

[–]nicyhasreddit0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

I do believe 'Go lift' not just means go and literally lift, although that is a good part of 'go lift'.

'Go lift' 'go get a life' really means, get something that makes you wholesome.

Lots of ya'll (me included) are boys thinking they're men. Women may say men are trash, but they despise boys and respect men enough. Notice 'men are trash' are never said in front of men. Women despise boys to their face.

[–]lime8810 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

I agree that lifting helps a lot but as a bodybuilder with most of my friends being bodybuilders, lifting is a very temporary fix for depression. If you're depressed exercise is great but just go see a therapist. Girls like a healthy mind so sort yours out.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Kinda depressing that most of our success depends on how we look. But oh well, makes life a bit easier

[–]testanum0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Ive just turned 17 (2 days ago) and I'm about to go lifting for the first time in ages today. Will be my sccond time properly going to the gym. Ever. Can't wait. I'm a really skinny guy (6'2 in height though), and from the start I'm going to be eating the right foods and protein amounts to gain.

Good luck y’all, it truly is just mind over matter

[–]Snowboard180 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

This has been my philosophy even before I found trp, there is something about going to the gym and lifting my heart of that gives me peace and refuge. This is why it is probably the number one most important part of trp, it litterally makes you happier and solves problems. Go lift fuckers !

[–]SemperPrimus0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

This is true and decent advice but in the end such a lazy post. Go lift has been done over and over here. We can't just be reposting shit all the time you know?

[–]Danolix0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

I remember when I lifted till my exams kicked in and then I stopped going, it was awesome, it felt so good and you know what OP you convinced me, Imma go lift.

[–]bluepillcarl0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Lifting and dieting has been the only progressive strategy that works for me. As someone who used to be smart, successful, funny, cute, and skinny fat. I went from wondering why I had very little prospects or bitches that were just using me for money. To losing my business and being divorced. To being broke and hitting the gym and then learning to cut calories. To wondering why I could only get ugly girls. To losing bodyfat and getting leaner plus some muscle. To realizing I suddenly had a number of average girls interested and to now having about 10 slightly above average plates spinning consistently. My personality hasn't changed but I am more content and less depressed.

[–]Zech4riah0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

I'm glad I'm visiting Vegas next week to find out if this lifting shit actually works like advertised in US. Being muscular and ripped gives like 5% advantage in europe compared to normal lean guy.

PS. I chose a hotel which has a proper gym. Holiday or work trip isn't an excuse to skip workouts.

[–]AubChris0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

I recently joined the rec center gym as an alumni at the college I graduated from...Major college....30,000 student body...

Let me tell you ....FUCKAROUNDITIS is real and is an epidemic in the younger generation.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (3 children) | Copy Link

This post is exactly why I left TRP. I've been red pilled for a while here but most of the community here sucks dick because despite having put on 20 lbs of muscle last summer, to suggest "go lift" being the cure of all problems with a girl suggests you have absolutely no ground to stand on and no experience with women at at all. If you think "just go lift" is what is gonna get you girls, you're living in high school insecurities and football team jealousy mental shit swamp and frankly you treat this all like its some cheesy Disney movie where the buff guys get all the girls and that's literally all that matters. Are you living under a fucking rock. You must be really insecure about your body to suggest getting lean and jacked and fit is gonna cut it. I hope you square that away but once you do let us know how it works. I did better with women when I got thin before I lifted tbh. I see overweight frat boys and their later Wall Street form slaying solid airhead 9s all the time. Its important to not be fat but hopefully you know its about a balance of a bunch of things and if anything money is more important than muscles. And if you disagree with what I said, you're probably an Incel using this site to delude yourself out of the unbearable misery it is to live as yourself.

[–]VisiblePlan[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy Link

Yeah moron, this is for the retard newbies. Obvious there are limits, this isn't a fantasy world. A lot of times new users will overthink this shit and end up just not doing anything. This simplifies their problems until they are able to learn for themselves. I'm surprised by your level of vitriol, considering 'go lift' is in the sidebar, but considering you left the redpill for what is probably some gay PUA/MGTOW shit, maybe I shouldn't be.

[–]undextrois0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

hitting the gym is just a supplement.

its a combination of diff stuff to make your game work.

[–]BetaFromBirth0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy Link

There is no gym for your face

[–]blackpilledchristian1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

“After a certain age every man is responsible for his face” - Albert Camus

That you cannot change your face is one of the most horribly destructive blackpills out there. You can change your face. I know. I've done it. Much of your face is also muscle just like your body. Clench your jaw and feel your face with your hands. Press your tongue against the roof of your mouth - HARD. When your are lifting heavy, clench every muscle in your face too. Just like you develop a mind/muscle connection when you lift, you can also develop a mind/face connection.

Face is actually much higher on the female radar than body. Height? Not even a close third. Shoot for lean, mean, and MASCULINE! This WILL be reflected in your face eventually. How do you know you are getting there? You start catching women staring at you from the car behind in the rear view mirror. Women in the gym start trying to get in your line of sight - IGNORE THEM! Girls smile a big wide smile and giggle when they see your face. AWALT. But when all women begin to react like this around you, you've arrived.

I tired therapy and that shit was too gay for me. I deal with my emotions by thinking through them using stoic philosophy. Other people need mood stabilizers or someone to tell them that it wasn't their fault mom and dad broke up. Whatever works for you works for you, just don't let it be an excuse for why you aren't improving yourself, even as I held a gun to my head I knew I needed to do better, and I didn't let feeling like shit change that.

Can you tell me me more about stoic philosophy?

Because not enough people are telling them what OP is telling them. There's a level of self-awareness that becomes sharpened and realigned when one's reflection is constantly being broadcast to you, rather than allowed excuses and hide behind a mask. Rediscovering one's personal responsibility and duty to one's betterment is a process. It begins with these reflections.

Lifting isn’t everything. I had a drill sergeant in basic training. He was small. Looked like a glow worm. That mother fucker was terrifying. It’s all about attitude.

[–]aGodofmyownmaking2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

But if you dont have attitude, lifting will build your attitude. You can compensate for attitude but most people right now in here have no attitude so let's at least get them lifting.

"i lost my arms in a car accident"

-go lift

"women don't fuck me cause i have an uncurable disease on my face"

-go lift

"i'm too poor to go to the gym"

-go lift

this is fucking stupid

[–]Glassland0 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy Link

"I'm too poor to go the gym."

- Get a job

- Get a gym membership.

Extremely complex to figure out, I know.

"I have an uncurable disease"

Yeah, it sucks. I have gyno (the real one).

Who cares, stop focusing on what you lack and max out your potential strengths.

There's always something you can do to increase your SMV and better your life, even if you can't do it all. That's not even an excuse, it's just stupid. Lacking one thing does not equate to not being able to do other things.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

I completely agree that you should do your best to better yourself, focus on your passion, etc... my point was that some people are just fucked. No matter how hard they will try, shit is gonna pile up to the point where they will never be able to get a job, or a gf/bf or a "normal life". but yeah, focus on the positive is good advice.

[–]VisiblePlan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Incel idealogy. If everyone thought like you, wed all except for a few people, be fat as shit, lazy, and poor. There's no such thing as people who are 'just fucked.' even disabled people get laid. Then it'd be called the 99-1 rule instead of 80-20, but the 1 wouldn't even want to fuck the 99 cuz they'd be fat as shit!

[–]turn20left-1 points0 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

I've been lazy for about a year. Had high smv, not it's above average. I need to go lift but I struggle to stay motivated. Someone please motivate me

lifting isnt the magical pill that you're making it out to be.

[–]deadfascia-4 points-3 points  (3 children) | Copy Link

lurked trp for almost 6 years and I’m sick of seeing this advice, lifting for aesthetics will literally only fuck you up in the long term.

“Want to not be able to pick up your grandchildren when you’re 60?”

Go lift.

“Do you want to groan in pain every time you bend down at 45?”

Go lift.

“Do you want your identity to be dependent on an activity that isn’t sustainable for long term movement?”

Go lift.

“Do you want to have to undergo multiple surgeries in order to perpetuate the shitty movement patterns you use?”

Go lift.

Be IN SHAPE. BE ATHLETIC. Train martial arts, play sports, join a team and make new friends. Become more social.

Simply advising people to lift and thinking that it will fix their issues is retarded and toxic.

I’m a movement coach for MMA athletes. And trust me when I say that lifting does more HARM for moving well and athletically.

Also it’s cringe when you meat heads come in and get choked out by our little guys. But I could genuinely give a fuck less what y’all do, my team get undeniable results.

Food for thought.

lifting does more harm for moving well

Yeah but I'm not trying to win a fucking MMA match nigga, I'm tryna get my dick wet. Also, I'm not sure of too many MMA athletes that don't lift.

[–]deadfascia-1 points0 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

You’re not actively involved in changing the MMA culture bud, name 5 fighters that aren’t in Bellator or the UFC.

Just being big wont get you pussy. If you think fucking up your body to the point that you will inhibit your movement later in life (say goodbye to crushing puss in your 40s and 50s) having to get surgeries, and having trouble playing with your kids and grand kids is a better alternative to moving pain free (and athletically which is waaaaaaaaaay different than being aesthetic) and being lean.

I would rather look like Conor Mcgregor than a body builder because one of those dudes fundamentally is a bitch.

If you’re willing to throw the longevity of your body away for some pussy you really have a long mf road ahead of you to become a man.

That’s the least alpha shit of all time.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
