Former Yale captain to sue school over questionable expulsion

And yet again, everyone will have to pay the ticket for the little princess' SJW moment.

I hope he cleans that school out tbh

No joke. It's literally the 4th largest privately endowed entity in the world after Harvard, the Gates Foundation, and Kaiser Permanente's nonprofit side.

[–]1Soarinc 3 points4 points  (5 children) | Copy Link

Hey (feel free to ignore this question if you don't want to answer) but I've been staring at your comment for like 3 minutes and couldn't for the life of me figure out why it jumped out at me and stopped me in my mindless perusal of reddit.

Then I figured it out. What I'd like to ask is how you knew that random tidbit of info? Do you work at non-profits or are you a wikipedia editor who recently worked on an article which listed them in order? Or do you just know tons of random facts like the 5 tallest mountains in north america?

[–]un-affiliated 4 points5 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

I'm not him, but this was in the news recently when Malcolm Gladwell quipped he was going to donate to his college but decided to cut out the middle man and give directly to a hedge fund manager.

That led to an NPR story about it, and a new public awareness of how incredibly rich these ivy league universities are. He may have memorized that fact but I doubt it. It's more about remembering that a stat like that exists and looking it up for a few seconds.

[–]RedPillduNord 1 point2 points  (3 children) | Copy Link

I'm quick on the uptake, interested in finance, and have a mind-numbing job where I do nothing but read internet articles all day. There's always yearly "listicles" about this type of shit that I click on for some reason.

Some people consider the Catholic church as the largest privately endowed organization in the world. If that's the case, they would surpass Harvard I believe.

[–]Merah_Statis 0 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy Link

Totally unrelated, just curious, what kind of job allows you to read internet articles all day ?

[–]RedPillduNord 0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy Link

Logistics manager at a commodity trading company. I work 2-3 hours per day unless something goes absolutely, horrifically wrong.

Edit: I'm not trying to say that all similar jobs are equally pointless... I work for a particularly poorly managed company in my opinion. Doing well there while simultaneously do very little work is not that hard.

[–]Merah_Statis 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Did you have to get any degrees/diplomas/certificates to work there ? I'm setting up my own company atm, but I need a job that I can temporarily do until the money from the company starts rolling in you know?

Any suggestions ? I work in a callcenter right now selling people shit they don't need, it's easy, but it fucking bores me.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

if if he doesn't clean it out getting a pretty penny back would suit me fine

The Admin is stuck in the Ivory Tower Echo chamber. There are so many women on campus: Students, teachers, staff, diversity programs (Admin itself) that the admin would have a mutiny if anything other than expulsion happens.

The echo chamber emanates out of the university, but it dissipated quickly. The news amplifies it, but once a honest to god jury is empaneled its all but gone. To many men and women with sons and brothers. Know who doesn't have sons? Female students and career professors.

Imagine your're the Yale Provost. Your earn 530K a year a year and you know that if you don't expel this kid that you won't be earning this money. So, Fuck this Guy. Sure, the university is going to loose a couple of million, but you as the Provost, were just upholding the process at lower levels.

[–]prodigy2throw 15 points16 points  (15 children) | Copy Link

The provost will have to find a way to transfer blame to someone else if he does anything less than expel the kid.

[–]TheThingsIThink -4 points-4 points [recovered] | Copy Link

I think if we are honest 95% of this sub would fuck this guy if they above the review panel level. At the review panel they might kick up a fuss, but depending on what the investigator writes the kid is going down.

[–]Endorsed Contributorvandaalen 38 points39 points  (8 children) | Copy Link

No I wouldn't. I like being able to look into a mirror without feeling the disgust creeping up my neck.

On the other hand that is maybe why I am not provost at Yale and probably never will be.

[–]real-boethius 8 points9 points  (6 children) | Copy Link

On silk sheets, beneath crystal chandeliers, next to a woman who would make you weep with desire.

[–]hectortamerofwhores 11 points12 points  (5 children) | Copy Link

[–]Venkas 4 points5 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Right, I wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing I messed up a guy's future for this.

[–][deleted] 12 points13 points  (3 children) | Copy Link

I would sell out a kid to keep my half-a-million-a-year job in a heartbeat, no questions asked.

[–]well-ok-then 5 points6 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

And if you didn't .... They'd replace you with someone who would

[–]Rommel0502 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

This is an honest response.

I remember when I was on Wall St and all of the "greed" bullshit was bantered about. I would always ask - "So, if you were offered 500k for the house you paid 300k for ten years earlier, you'd surely take 400k because you don't want to be "greedy," right? Sure you would. Purest bullshit.

The fact is less than one out of a thousand of us would lose a 500k job to go to bat for someone we didnt know. Just the way it is.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

If you think about it there wasn't a decision in the first place, either lose money that's already stashed away for legal troubles, or face an entire campus of protesters asking for your head while causing the school to lose millions in all directions. (example Mizzou)

[–]TheRedThrowAwayPill 7 points8 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

I knew it!

First I heard about "The Captain of the Yale Basketball Team" was when they were on my sports news feed for making it into the tourney first time in many years.

Quotes from all their players and head coach but there was a blurb about their captain being "expelled".

"Uh-Oh!" I thought to myself - could it be? Another sexual assault case gone through campus court?

It was. It totally was.

Her story becomes more questionable the deeper you dig into it:

https://archive.is/7uH4S

Stern says the victim claimed she and Montague slept together in Montague’s room on four occasions in the Fall of 2014:

  • On the first occasion, the woman joined Jack in bed and stayed the night.
  • On the second occasion, she entered his bed voluntarily, removed all of her clothes and, during the night, woke him to perform oral sex.
  • On the third occasion, she joined him in bed, voluntarily took off all her clothing, and they had sexual intercourse by consent.
  • On the fourth occasion, she joined him in bed, voluntarily removed all of her clothes, and they had sexual intercourse. Then they got up, left the room and went separate ways. Later that same night, she reached out to him to meet up, then returned to his room voluntarily, and spent the rest of the night in his bed with him.

Stern said the fourth incident led to the sexual assault complaint, which was filed by a Title IX coordinator a year after the incident after the woman reported it to the coordinator.

His lawyer's statement:

“We believe that it defies logic and common sense that a woman would seek to re-connect and get back into bed with a man who she says forced her to have unwanted sex just hours earlier. And yet the Dean accepted this conclusion and ordered Jack to be expelled. His decision was then upheld by the Provost,” Stern said in the statement.

So:

  • She was raped after voluntarily removing all her clothes
  • Then later that night decided to contact her rapist and go back and spend the night in bed with him
  • Then decided to report the incident a year later
  • And didn't press criminal charges

Possible? Yes.

Probable? No. Even under the weaker preponderance of the evidence standard, it doesn't add up.

In addition, it seems the university was under pressure to crack down on sexual assault on campus:

Stern added that “we cannot help but think it not coincidental that the decision by Yale officials to seek expulsion of the captain of its basketball team followed by little more than a month the report of the Association of American Universities (AAU) which was highly critical of the incidence of sexual assault on the Yale campus, and the Yale President’s promise, in response, to ‘redouble our efforts.’ From what appears, Jack has been pilloried as a ‘whipping boy’ for a campus problem that has galvanized national attention.”

Even worse, he was publicly tried and judged:

“Last week, the media widely reported on statements made by Yale students and posters put up on campus which condemned Jack Montague directly as the named culprit and as a rapist, thus slandering him with this accusation,” Stern said. “He was never accused of rape and Yale took no steps to correct these actions. As a result, Mr. Montague has no choice but to correct the record.”

Rough story, man. I'm sorry you had to go through that. Your story is a good example of a motive for false accusation of rape.

let me know that neither he nor she "bore me any ill will," which I think was a sort of tacit admittance that the whole thing was legally mandated bullshit.

I see what they were trying to do here but in a way this is a real slap in the face. She should be on her knees apologizing for what she did to you.

[–]Endorsed ContributorFLFTW16 20 points21 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

I no longer bother maintaining friendships. The experience really changed me. TRP is really the only place where I feel like this story could even be told in any kind of a productive way; I hope reading it helps some other young man.

The degradation of the male social sphere is why so many guys are completely depressed and turning to heroin and the escapism of video games and netflix. It's not just the economy--many times in history men have been dirt poor but weren't offing themselves at these rates. We have fewer friends than ever before.

The middle class will never have your back. Ever. We are too busy trying to maintain our economic status to stick our necks out for our fellow bros. The lower class will have your back but if you aren't already in with them then it's a moot point.

[–]CryptoOrchid 10 points11 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

I'm sorry to hear about your story. I had a similar experience, but with no real woman.

It was simply some fuckwad saying "hey.. I heard he raped a girl."

I never found the source. I suppose I didn't care much either way, but just the rumor crushed my heart. I know that sounds like a pussy thing to say, but it made me incredibly sad to even think that someone believes or may have believed that I could actually rape someone.

When people say shit like that, it makes people look at you different. Even when there is no victim.

[–]fingerthemoon 2 points3 points  (2 children) | Copy Link

Man that's rough. Thanks for sharing your story. Sounds like it could have been much worse though and the up side is you learned some painful but valuable lessons.

I've been accused of rape twice. The first time was when I was 14, she was 15 (before internet). We were both virgins and it was my birthday. I never forced myself on her, although she was resistant and kept stopping me. I was persistent and seduced her with affection. When I finally stuck it in, just the head (damn she was tight) she said STOP! So I pulled out, looked down and saw blood. I gave up. And I totally stopped when she wanted me to.

Well, she told the whole school I had raped her. A lynch mob of about 10 guys showed up at my house to kick my ass. All of them my friends. My older sister who was Queen Bee of the high school went out and made them all leave. My family moved shortly afterwards and that was the end of it. But she did send me a friends request on Facebook last year. She's white trash all the way now.

Second time was with a relatively unknown black modal/actress who picked me up in her car while I was walking down the street in Oakland playing my banjo. "Can you give me guitar lessons?" Bow chicka wow wow...

We fucked maybe 10-12 times. She made bank, took me to Vegas a couple times and paid for everything. Even gave me gambling money. The last time we got together I never fucked her because I was just over it and never contacted her again after that. She was disappointed. Six months later she contacted me and said that after talking to her therapist she realized I raped her the first time we had sex. It was a similar situation where she was putting up hard resistance but I never forced her, I seduced her with affection. And we fucked many times after that.

I was living in a van at the time and it was pointless for her to try to do anything but she did threaten to have her brothers kick my ass. They were both linebackers and I was fearful for awhile but nothing ever happened.

I guess the moral of the story is that seduction can be considered rape. Which really sucks because there's few things in life more exciting that having a hot chick who obviously wants to fuck you but is putting up hard resistance, and getting her so turned on that she eventually gives in. I like when they make me work for it. The sexual tension is awesome. The first time I fucked that black girl she made me work for six hours after the first kiss before I finally came. And when I did it shot out about five feet and hit the wall, no joke. She was fucking crazy though and had a weave that smelled like plastic, lol.

[–][deleted] 7 points8 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Six months later she contacted me and said that after talking to her therapist she realized I raped her the first time we had sex.

This is the scariest part. Women are easily influenced. Especially by therapists and the media. With the non-stop talk about "rape culture", many women are fabricating in their minds that they were raped in the past but just didn't know at the time.

I keep in touch with a few girls from my college years and we got together for drinks awhile back. The topic of rape came up and they had all agreed that "now that they look back, they think they were all raped in college." This translates to "they all had drunken regret sex". Utter bullshit. Because the media reports it, they believe it.

[–]cosine88 5 points6 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Well, she told the whole school I had raped her. A lynch mob of about 10 guys showed up at my house to kick my ass.

A pack of local high school boys all show up to kick the ass of an alleged rapist who hasn't even been convicted. But "Rape Culture" is a huge fucking problem.

[–][deleted] 6 points7 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Good thing I keep my professional and social lives separate; I would have lost my job and my professional license had this been a workplace incident.

This.

I'm now extremely uncomfortable with even having women around me in the workplace. It's messed up thinking that any bitch can destroy your career with just a single sentence or tear drop ("water works", as Stardusk calls it).

[–]RedPill_FightClub 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

t

I am sorry you experienced this. I would like to say that you are right to not maintain friendships with people. After my spouse cheated on me and left me, the whole of our joint social circle chose to "side" with her even though she was plainly in the wrong. I learned that in a gynocentric blue pill world, men seldom have a true friend. I have 3 true friends. Everyone else is a mere acquaintance.

woke him to perform oral sex.

looks like she did a bit of raping, herself. He was asleep and therefore couldn't consent.

[–]sweetgene0516 points [recovered] (1 child) | Copy Link

Interesting point....he should file a counter rape claim against her.

She has already admitted to performing a sexual act without HIS consent.

What is good for the goose is good for the gander...

[–][deleted] -2 points-1 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Unless he is a major black knight, asked a girl to accuse him of rape, gets expelled and then knows he's in for millions after he sue's them.

[–]yumyumgivemesome 10 points11 points  (2 children) | Copy Link

I'm shocked that this isn't at the forefront of his counter. She should be immediately expelled having expressly admitted to raping him in his sleep.

[–]OneTouchHowMuch 11 points12 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Accusing her of rape won't negate her accusation against him. It just shows how completely dumb the "consent culture" is. Normal people are just fine with having sex and then learning from their mistakes if they regret it.

With consent culture, it gives direct power to exactly the type of crazy people who aren't mature enough to handle it.

[–]yumyumgivemesome 5 points6 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Indeed, the two encounters are separate, but they should not be treated as wholly separate. That said, the main reason for the non-consensual blowjob to be used is to make sure this is clear to the public that the girl isn't a 100% innocent victim. The poor guy has several battles on his hands -- educational, legal, and publicity. He is already harmed by being involved, but losing any of the 3 would be disastrous to his future.

[–]Man-with-a-pitchfork 1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

It says "woke him to perform", not "woke him by performing". He wasn't asleep anymore (according to this snippet).

[–]OneTouchHowMuch 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

He didn't consent to being woken up either so we can tack on rape-by-sleep-deprivation!

[–][deleted] 24 points25 points  (5 children) | Copy Link

I'm sure the excuse for her going back to him will be bullshit like "rape is complicated" and "you may not know youve been raped for a while".

I empathize with actual rape victims but im sure in 99 percent of actual rapes, they knew they had been raped the second they started, well, getting raped. I don't see how you can get raped and not even think about it for a while. Unless it was traumatic as fuck, but even then I feel as if though you'd still know.

[–]scamper_22 10 points10 points [recovered] | Copy Link

We had a case in Canada a little while back about Jian Gomeshi. Basically he was accused of sexual assault. He was into chokin and BSDM stuff. But the women kept came back to him.

Anyways, I joked to my brother that this is ridiculous and if they came back and wanted him to fuck them again, they can't claim rape.

His response, them wanting him doesn't mean rape didn't happen. It's just ridiculous.

The only analogy I can come up with is if a friend of yours steals some money from you, but you keep being their friend. I can see that happening in some weird case. It might cause tension, but the relationship continues somehow.

[–][deleted] 6 points7 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

That case is exactly where I'm getting this from. Mentioned Gomeshi in a frontpage reddit post on I think a default sub (Was expecting to get a lot of shit for such a small mention, and I did, although more defended/agreed with me than I thought. A few of them got shit, too.

Anyways, I kept stacking up evidence, and that's EXACTLY what those who just wanted to argue for such obvious lies said. I mentioned the girls getting all of the facts wrong, them going back to him, and they just said what you said. That, and things like "rape is complicated", and "sometimes you don't know it's rape till years after".

Like, really? I think somebody should know if they got raped.

I empathize strongly with real rape victims but I'm sure 99 percent of rape cases today are false because women cried wolf too many times just so they won't look like a slut to their friends.

How did anyone hearing that timeline think for one second that he did anything wrong?

[–]CryptoOrchid 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

I was seriously going to say something like "well we don't know... And maaybe...." I mean because.. Maybe he went crazy and just raped her after she went to break up or something.. I mean.... Maybe someone or people heard her screaming "No No!!!" And then left before they heard her finish that line of screaming with "cum inside me!!!"

But seriously.. Poor kid. And fuck am I happy to be way out of college. I'm also happy I don't have a son that has to fight through today's fucked up world.

[–]momomotorboat 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

How does she substantiate her claims? What proof does she provide? Her WORD???

[–]forgeror 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

I don’t find it unfeasible that she would return to bed with him.

After I was raped, I remained in bed with the guy for a good few hours. I only realised I had been raped months later when on a bus, travelling home from work. It changed everything.

a comment from jezebel about this article. might be a troll. but idk. realizing she got raped after months????? DAFUQ IS THIS SHIT.

[–]Red_Pill_Theory 126 points127 points  (4 children) | Copy Link

Read an article on Jezebel about this because I often try to see what ludicrous mental gymnastics they'll come up with.

Read the comments section and this stuck out.

"I don’t find it unfeasible that she would return to bed with him.

After I was raped, I remained in bed with the guy for a good few hours. I only realised I had been raped months later when on a bus, travelling home from work. It changed everything."

This is absolutely terrifying. You can have consensual sex and months later, she can just decide it was rape.

[–][deleted] 53 points54 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

I only realised I had been raped months later when on a bus, travelling home from work

What she was "remembering", months later, was probably a concoction of her mind.

[–]indlife5 points [recovered] (1 child) | Copy Link

The way things are now, every conceivable action a victim takes is said to be something victims do: Cry/don't cry, leave the bedroom/stay in the bed, report immediately/report months later, go no contact after/stay hanging around and doing things with the friend group. This kind of logic makes it a no win situation. No action can then be scrutinized because every action is something a victim might so, thus the story must be true.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

someone on here said, that you ask them in court,

so what behavior would someone who is lying about rape show then?

if they say they wouldnt know then you dismiss them for lack of "expertise", or they have to admit that they are describing a situation in which everything the person does makes them look like "a normal/real victim". It's a lose lose for them.

[–]Gawernator 52 points53 points  (5 children) | Copy Link

Reported a YEAR LATER.

A YEAR.

[–]yumyumgivemesome 23 points24 points  (3 children) | Copy Link

This scares the shit out of me. I've hooked up with 2 feminists over the past 2 years that I'm constantly slightly worried are going to come back after me with this kind of accusation. The sex was completely consensual and, if anything, they were the aggressors. However, I know it killed them a little bit inside knowing that I am anti-feminist. I've saved all tinder and text messages just in case I need that shit as evidence one day. I'm not all that concerned, but it's a shitty feeling to have to be concerned at all.

[–][deleted] 7 points8 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Likewise here. I had a momentary freak out last week when I forgot to walk the girl out to public transportation, thereby in front of cameras around town. I saved all my text convos, but might have to change my number soon.

[–]Luis_McLovin 0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy Link

How does that line of conversation pop up in normal dating dialogue that the women you fucked were feminists? Did you ask if they were feminist?

[–]yumyumgivemesome 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

One of them straight up asked me. I wasn't doing well at that stage of the date so I felt especially comfortable telling her how I really feel. I explained why I think the feminist movement has gone too far and generally projects negativity in society, etc etc. Surprisingly, this had her nodding along, and then I changed the subject when I noticed the change in how she looked at me.

For the more recent one, she saw my tinder pics -- shirtless with girls in bikinis. She made several comments about it, but I avoided the topic as best I could.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.

Considering that he was almost close to graduation, he likely had no long term plans for this girl.

When she realized that, she took countermeasures to ensure that he was punished for "doing her wrong". It's a great deal of solipsis when you realize that women are doing things everyday to ensure that their superficial reputations among their peers is protected (ie. slut-shaming), without realizing that these actions catastrophically ruin the lives of others.

I downvoted you because it is a little naive to suggest in one breath that there is nothing quite like a woman scorned and then in the next suggest they don't know the extent of the destruction they set out to cause.

Their retaliation as a result of their solipism shows precisely that they know what they are doing. It is nkt accidental or a quirk of fate.

They feed on the success of their revenge every bit as much as a dope fiend does for his next hit. The drama they cause others is like a drug to them. When they get their target into trouble, it's a form of validation of their worldview.

That's right, validation.

Considering that he was almost close to graduation, he likely had no long term plans for this girl.

Smarter sluts realize they can't ask for a man to pay for a broken off engagement any more (like in the old days of a man needing to wed them to fuck them), and can see that their Father-surrogate (the collegiate institution that's there to provide for them) has basically paid this guy a dowry (his graduation prospects without them) and so they raaaaaaage and try taking men down.

They know they can't go to their real Fathers with cries of "But I let him fuck me and he doesn't want me because of my magical pussy!", so they go to the Daddy-surrogate of University.

A junior version of going to the Daddy-surrogate of the State in a divorce is all.

[–]Luis_McLovin 3 points4 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

God forbid the women open their mouths and ask "Hey, would you like to continue dating after graduating?"

Fucking women nowadays lack all agency, everything is fucking magical to them, if they want the relationship to continue at least be a good decent feminine woman and fucking ask the man. Then if he says no you know to call it quits, otherwise you only have yourself to blame if you'd never asked and he leaves you.

I love women, they're a load of fun, its a shame a large portion are dumb whores. I'll take advantage of it anyway.

I was at dinner with my wife and one of her co workers a few weeks ago. Her co worker (actually former co worker) got to talking about how she fucked this guy right after her divorce, and she was mad at my wife's old boss because she said something to the guy, and apparently he never called her back after they hooked up or something.

She was like: "Omg, like I could have totally like said he raped me or something but I didn't, and now that bitch goes and says something about how good I thought it was so he thinks I'm all swooning over him and shit"

I was just completely dumbfounded. All this shit you hear about with the feminists denying that women do this kind of stuff... It's like the get out of judgement free card for your everyday slut. And we are supposed to just go along with the whole "it never happens" line. Yeah.

[–]1KyfhoMyoba 19 points20 points  (2 children) | Copy Link

Does she think that she deserves some sort of accolade for not falsely accusing this guy? What a cunt.

Tell your wife she need to cut this abomination out of her life yesterday or you'll rethink your marriage vows.

[–]ANUS_CONE 3 points4 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

I mean, she's that co worker that everyone keeps around for the fun of laughing at her miserable life. It's not like they are ladybros. She's more like a comedy act, tbh.

Thanks for your concern though. my wife's snarky response of something like "heh.. So why didn't he call you back" after all that was actually pretty framed/rp in and of itself.

[–]Luis_McLovin 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

At least your wife sounds like a decent RP human being woman. Women nowadays... God heavens. The decline is real. The west has become a den of women hedonists pretending they're not.

See whenever a girl makes an offhanded comment like this I call them out now. It's especially effective if your SMV is higher than hers, and you know she's secretly is seeking your approval (hint: if your SMV is higher within the current social circle, she's almost definitely seeking your approval). Even SJWs and feminists can't call you out because the person is admitting that they're lying, which falls under definite false rape accusations, which severely hurts true victims of rape.

Usually the girl just shuts up. I've had a few SJWs who know I'm way out of their league give me shit because that's really all they can do to put themselves on an equal plane with me, but overall usually they realize they've been called out successfully and just quit.

[–]prodigy2throw 101 points102 points  (18 children) | Copy Link

One big takeaway from this is that the higher your smv gets the more picky you have to be about who you plate and interact with.

A lot of guys on here fantasize about becoming the smv 9 or 10 guy who fucks any woman he lays his eyes on. The reality is, there is sadly a big responsibility on you to be careful about who you give your time to.

Not saying these women are everywhere but it does happen. Often enough that you should safeguard yourself.

Make sure you wrap it up, keep text conversations, phone calls, if it's legal in your state, record your interactions if you feel it's necessary. Ultimately though, just have fun and be smart about it. Screen your women properly to weed out the super crazy.

Being a high smv male is awesome. Just don't get sloppy.

Edit: Not sure if the formatting rules have changed but I think you need a lessons learned section in your post to elaborate.

[–]prodigy2throw 20 points21 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

[–]Azothlike 7 points8 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Beiber literally has to run from hordes of women. Or segway away from them, per some videos.

Even professional athletes aren't in the same market as male music supercelebrities. Beiber could make people finance their own drug, disease and psych tests before he banged them and his dick would never be dry.

That doesn't really apply to how a standard attractive / sexually successful guy should conduct themselves, but a motto of being safe legally and physically is wise, of course.

[–][deleted] 6 points7 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Same thing with parties. They sign forms going in, and have to put their cameras and phones in a box. If they dont do that, you get the fattie who posts pics of her with the dude from the patriots.

The issue is that you just don't know until it's too late. Conversely if you reject every girl who shows a red flag, you're going to be celibate.

The basic problem is that the bar on rape is now so low that every woman feels raped sooner or later.

[–]prodigy2throw 6 points7 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

The stranger thing is, in this Yale story, the accusation literally came from nowhere from a woman who he slept with 4 times before.

You're admitting to hamstering. Don't do that. Allow yourself to believe that this guy is an innocent victim and any of us could fall prey to a woman like this at any time.

They always have a ton of excuses why they never pressed charges against their crazy ex boyfriend who violently raped them.

I just heard one the other day. Apparently the final straw for her was waking up to being zip-tied and afterwards he was standing over her and beating her when the dog came up. I guess he kicked the dog and that was it for her and she got out. Never pressed charges and gave the dog up. 21yo model.

Sounds horrible but I take it with a grain of salt these days. Definitely a hot/crazy chick.

[–]tb87670 13 points14 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Same boat, I assume all rape claims are lies until evidence is bought out. And guess what? That evidence is always texts about the woman bragging about the sex she had with the 'rapist' or fucking him a handful of other times but that one time was 'rape'. Until they stop this false rape claim bullshit every woman that claims rape can go fuck themselves, blame the feminists ruining men's lives so bitches can hide their sluttiness behind the rape accusation.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Yeah I dont believe any rape claims anymore unless it was a smelly crackhead.

[–]fingerthemoon 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Every rape story I've heard about in my personal life involved a hot crazy chick. You know the type, lots of drama.

The problem is they're good at hiding the crazy initially when they like a guy and of course men will overlook a lot of drama and bullshit to get with the hot ones.

In fact, all women are naturals at hiding their crazy. I read a evolutionary psychology study one time about how women's mating strategy involves trying to be the perfect feminine nurturing little lady in the beginning.

Another part of the problem is the hot/crazy matrix and since the advent of social media women's self-perceived value is through the roof. These hotties with inflated egos are probably more likely to be vindictive when rejected by a high smv man, because they're sooo valuable and how dare he disrespect her princessness.

So maybe one way you can protect yourself is to perform your own shit test on her. Before you sleep with her try to piss her off a little bit and watch her reaction. However much she reacts out of proportion to the incident is equivalent to how much she will try to screw over you in the end.

[–]Senior EndorsedMattyAnon 18 points19 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

I guess the moral of the story is, if you are a college man, don't have sex with women who go to your school.

You don't actually have to have sex for her to claim you did and it was non-consensual. "I blacked out" seems to be enough evidence to "convict" a guy, without evidence of actually having sex.

Glad he's suing the school for this - he should. And he's got every chance of winning.

[–][deleted] 13 points14 points  (8 children) | Copy Link

I guess the moral of the story is, if you are a college man, don't have sex with women who go to your school.

What it does is say that there is a real legitimate reason to see an escort instead. It's an investment. Let's call it "freedom insurance."

Though of course the Duke stripper accusation shows that this is also bad advice.

This problem actually never stops. It could be your job at the exclusive law firm that you lose because you get accused of something like this just as easily.

Just to be safe.

We have women partners and ... well we wish we could do something for you but we have to respect their wishes.

This is a safe space and they're not comfortable working with you under these circumstances.

I could see it. Even with lawyers. Though it could be anyone or anything.

Probably the lesson is: don't have sex with anyone with whom you don't have any kind of counter leverage. Having sex with a woman immediately grants them huge leverage: the leverage to ruin your life with one impulsive phone call which she will then be obligated to follow through to the bitter end... possibly recanting 10 years later when it's too late.

So, you have to know. Really know who you're getting involved with. Or have something. Since we know YOU CAN NEVER REALLY KNOW what you will get from them tomorrow, know you're always taking your chances. I am actually for getting a video recorded with consent before doing anything.

Just say, well... this is the world we live in now babe. I need this or we do nothing and kick her the fuck out if she says no. Don't give her the leverage.

Society is not going to help.

I remember once having a man and woman cop come to my door during a very small party. I had loud music after being out at the bar. My neighbor (female) had a pact with me, that if we ever had a party (which she had once per month) if there was noise, to let each other know (I always let it go) instead of calling the cops.

The first time I had people over after 7 or 8 of her parties, she called these cops on me.

Anyway, man and woman show up. Woman acted hardass with me, tried to push into the house. I stood my ground that I was not permitting entry and she couldn't see in because of the hallway so there was nothing she could claim to see that justified entry. Anyway she just pulled out the tickets and wrote me up for $350 on the spot. No warning, and I already had turned the music down once there was knocking.

I looked at the partner during the hostility and he just looked at her and rolled his eyes and shook his head.

That's what men are going to do for you once you're accused. They're going to look at the woman, roll their eyes behind her back and stay silent because they don't want the Eye of Sauron to find them. Better you than them buddy, better you than them.

[–][deleted] 15 points16 points  (6 children) | Copy Link

actually this is exactly what you need:

http://www.standard.co.uk/lifestyle/london-life/we-consent-is-the-new-app-that-lets-you-say-yes-to-sex-is-it-useful-or-just-plain-creepy-10409525.html

Makes a video, encrypts it, stores it, available to law enforcement or court order only. Does face detection.

Better than getting kicked out of school for an accusation.

[–]TRP Vanguardnicethingyoucanthave 17 points18 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

You can't be that naive.

  • "I changed my mind after clicking 'yes' on the app"

  • "I only clicked 'yes' because I was afraid of him - he's so much bigger than me - even though you can see from the video that we're both smiling and laughing as I click 'yes' what you can't see is the fear I felt!"

And I wouldn't be surprised if using that app is considered evidence that you were planning all along to rape her. Seriously, that's how twisted these people can be.

What's better than a signed, notarized affidavit, is game. Seriously. Game is about sales and marketing - and you're the product. The easy part is marketing yourself well enough to make a woman want you. It's a slightly more advanced skill, but you ought to also understand women well enough to leave them better than you found them. Women ought to look back on their time with you and be thankful for it, and have no regrets.

The guy that mattress-girl accused of rape apparently just cold-dumped her. That was stupid of him. I bet this guy did the same thing. I mean, it's his right to do that - I'm just saying it's dumb.

Why aren't people just putting cameras in their rooms? If you get falsely accused of rape, you play the video in court, she's mortified and you're cleared, win-win.

"Turn the camera off" "Nope"

[–]Cristoff13 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

the leverage to ruin your life with one impulsive phone call which she will then be obligated to follow through to the bitter end...

This is what I read happens with these false accusations. The woman or girl makes a spur-of-the-moment accusation, just lets her brain get ahead of her mouth. Then she feels stuck. If she admits she made it up, she'll get into trouble. Easier to just stick to the accusation (in her mind)...

Most women are sane enough to never do this, but a significant minority are crazy, sociopathic and short sighted enough that they could.

Requiring evidence to charge someone with a crime is the cornerstone of the Western liberal judicial system. It really is amazing that basically what feminists argue is that when it comes to rape allegations, the "victim" AKA, a women, should be automatically believed regardless of the evidence. And in fact to challenge her allegation when there's an absence of evidence is "blaming the victim".

[–]Senior ContributorSkorchZang 11 points12 points  (4 children) | Copy Link

This is how it's going to work everywhere in time: your college, workplace, your local grocer, your newspaper, your reddit forum etc. - all will be "morally" run by the SJW commisariat; any type of wrongthink, even where they cannot legally put you away for it, will get you expelled/shamed on the smaller local level.

Of course when that's your college degree on the line it doesn't seem so small and local. It's a fucking big deal, and therefore most men will simply cower and live in perpetual fear & shame.

How do I know all this in such gory detail? The same exact processes took place in the Soviet Union, which has been a historical interest of mine. If you think this is bad, wait till the secret internal SJW courts begin their weekly review meetings to "contemplate" just how "morally upstanding" each individual at the company is, and if you're found not upstanding enough, call you onto the carpet to be shamed and put straight by a jury of your friendly SJW peers. This went on routinely at many major workplaces in the Soviet Union, verbatim. Example issue: "why is Mr. Ivanov still not married? This is uncommunistic of him. He is throwing a blight on the company and the community at large, and something must be done. Think of the bad example he sets for the children - all in favour? Very well."

And of course, should you piss the invisible Commisar off in some way by accidentally stepping on her princess foot in the hall, she can always make you take the fall for the patriarchy, even if you're a "model citizen" in every way. We laugh at the "Women's Studies with a minor in Drama" bitches, thinking there's no way they'll ever find gainful employment - but we may be laughing too soon, those bitches are being raised on purpose, the system is creating them as a special indoctrinated cadre designed to run your entire life in the future.

The secret courts and the shaming system are not themselves the point, nor does the leadership give a damn about justice or the fate of some individual cog who had to take the fall for the patriarchy this month; the point is to form an overall atmosphere of absolute pathological fear (all smiles and wonderful productive living on the surface of course), and in this way suppress the individual, force him into proper lockstep with the rest of the socialist herd. The more one fears and obsesses about not running afoul of the "New Rules", trying to be a good guy, the more the rules change to become ever more ridiculous and impossible to follow - and of course by this time they have already become impossible to question or rebel against... The resulting state of confused obsession over "how do I not do the wrong thing??" is exactly the desired psychological result, the more a man habituates to this state the easier it is to steer him and the rest of the population where the bosses want them to go.

Elements of this can be seen emerging already in the entire social-engineered "rape culture" scare, where even on TheRedPill men will second guess each other about whether what someone did was "rapey" and does it now put them in some legal danger or not. "Better safe than sorry!", write the well meaning fools, then plot futile schemes involving for example, having everything on camera for evidence, make sure she sends you back a happy text the morning after etc. - this is all exactly what the social engineering intends to happen. One has to understand, there is no way to be a good man under a tyrant's system like this. One cannot fit in and get along, everyone will be forced to rush about like mice in a maze of mirrors that are constantly shfiting and reconfiguring themselves to fuck us over just a little bit more this year than the last.

Women on the whole are not doing this, they are but a tool in this game, being cynically used to cower and control the men. Feminism is not a feminine way of thinking, but one of the 666 modern flavours of Marxism.

The future's looking real bright.

  • is there really nothing that protects students against this kind of bullshit? is there but only for females, and males are fucked?

  • i mean, arent you supposed to sign papers and shit? after you've been paying and studying there for years, someone just decides "fuck off you expelled"?

  • how is this decision taken? is by a group of people, or just the "top administrator" of the uni (whatever the terminology is)?

  • can student sue the uni and see justice? if yes, is it useless anyway because "women-rule-society-reasons" ?

  • can an expelled student like him enroll in another uni for the same degree and save the credit/exams so he has to redo only the last semester?

A group of administrators gets together in a back room, has an off-the-record conversation, and decides on a course of action that will offend the least number of fund-raisers and be safest for their own careers. Responsibility and accountability are deliberately made opaque to the point of invisibility when it comes time for the announcement.

Right there is the issue. If it were mandatory to be made public record what was discussed and whom voted for what, easily 99% of these would end up being either dismissed or sent to the police for handling.

In fact, I don't think school administers should be allowed to handle any sort of non scholastic administration period- too much conflict of interest.

  • There is nothing in the university system in the United States that protects young males from these types of accusations. In fact, the entire system is set up to destroy the lives of the falsely accused.

  • Pretty much. You sign a code of conduct that basically says you will not harm, lie, steal, cheat, etc. Of course, that code of conduct is thrown out the door for the accuser (because they tend to be lying).

  • There tends to be (at least at the university I attended) 5 to 7 people who gather to make this decision. I did go to a private school, so it may be more or less depending upon the location.

  • I assume you can sue the university for something along the lines of wrongful expulsion, defamation, slander, and other charges for false claims. However, the system promotes a guilty until proven innocent kangaroo court.

  • Typically, the student has a lot of issues re-enrolling anywhere. Depending on the university that student may or may not lose all credits earned after being on the receiving end of a false rape claim.

One of these days, this will happen to the wrong person at the wrong time - and we'll all be watching the evening news about another horrific massacre.

Imagine losing it all, being accused of a crime you didn't commit. She knows it, her friends know it. The administration knows it. It doesn't even go to court, you're not even charged with a crime. You're then subsequently "released" from the school where you've spent tens of thousands and years of your life. The bureaucrat bringing down the hammer knows you didn't do it, and won't even look you in the eye - but goes through with it anyway.

Your name is dragged through news channels and social circles. Rapist. Friends and family never look at you the same way again. Other schools are reluctant to take you in, if at all, and your name is ruined. Your youth is gone and wasted.

This is an injustice beyond reason.

[–]redzorp 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

And the sadder thing is that the Powers-That-Be would use such a massacre as PROOF that all men are violent rapist monsters. They would tighten the campus noose even further.

You would think that after the whole Ted Kaczynski Unabomber situation people would learn that radicalizing the intellectual 1% is a bad idea.

[–]MDFMK 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

I never post here but read here weekly and practise much of the ideology this is the most honest dead on comment I have ever seen. Disenfranchise the wrong person with the legitimate bullshit we are seeing and eventually the equal and oposite political and social range occurs in a society. Disenfranchise a group or generation and lose a entire set of values and a nations history as the other extreme will eventually become the normality or seem reasonable. People can think this is bullshit and be disengaged all they want but these issues lead to large social instability and upheaval and drastic and radical cultural changes. And violence is always the sum result. ( I am not advocating violence, but it is in reality the end game. ).

The female student claimed that their fourth sexual encounter was not consensual and reported the incident to a Title IX coordinator a year later.

This bitch wasn't raped. End of story. As Roosh said, ALL public claims of rape in which the girl did not file a police report are 100% false.

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

I so hope the guy sues the shit out of yale and drains them as much as possible! Fuck them

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (2 children) | Copy Link

Are you sure he wouldn't be in trouble if he was charged by a girl who didn't go to his school?

[–]The__Tren__Train 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

were the 5th, 6th, 7th, and every meetup thereafter consensual?

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Captain of the Basketball Team?

Fourth night in bed?

I'll bet he got Lead & Silver'd . That's my adaptation of the Spanish axiom , popular in narco states as well as modern relationship dynamics. Basically the narco bosses would offer local politicians a deal; take the Silver (bribe) or they'd get the lead(bullet) instead. When that guy bit the dust, the narcos would make the same offer to his successor.

So it goes now for dudes in college & the public services like Law Enforcement, military and so on. Women know the whole system will come running at the snap of their fingers. So after the third date with a guy they want to betaize they drop the hammer; wife her up and do the whole exclusivity thing in exchange for continued pussy (The Bribe) , or if the de-balled lifestyle of a married slave holds no appeal, leave and get a sexual harassment charge and the subsequent ruined reputation(The Lead). Either way you're losing something important, and the more power you have the higher the stakes get.

Field report: when I was active duty I got out two months shy of my school starting. I needed a place to crash for two months , so a good pal(married) lent me his couch for that time. Among other things ,his wife once threatened in an argument - directly - that if he ever left her or pissed her off bad enough, she was calling his commander and accusing him of abuse. He'd never get due process before being jailed and fired, and he knew it. Girl was hot enough she'd be riding a new dick before her husbands arrest documentation cooled off the printer.

I've heard similar stories from college plates. If a dude pisses them off in some way, she's gonna go wreck his shit. Sometimes it's a false rape accusation. Sometimes it's a beta she sold a story about so she could con him into beating up Mr Jerk .

[–]J_AsapGem 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

just sad man, how much more of this can we take?

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Don't have sex with girls that go to your school? Wait, why am I in college again then?

[–]i_got_the_clearance 2 points3 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

The government has created a monetary incentive to claim rape at a school, particularly if the accused is a big time athlete (since everyone "knows" these guys are entitled rapist jerks). In the wake of the $1M settlement in the FSU / Winston case, Yale decided to ruin this kid's life so that it could inoculate itself against such a lawsuit. They are indeed unprincipled cowards.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

fuck Yale UVA...it's getting tiresome rooting against all these fuckhead schools..

[–][deleted] 4 points5 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

A month later...

CNN news desk reporting live after ex Yale Basketball all-star shoots seven in campus rampage. More at 6!

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

I would say prostitutes are sounding better and better but even then theyre stull women who can say you raped them. Fuck this country

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Except they won't because they would lose a potential repeat customer. Prostitutes like to avoid the legal system I think.

But I get what you're saying, bitches man.

[–]ThePantsThief 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

This is outrageous. Can't you sue the university for this? What's to stop them from expelling other students as they see fit?

[–]1Entropy-7 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

There is nothing wrong with the civil standard of "balance of probabilities" The problem is in the application of that standard because judges have no fucking idea (pun intended) as to what goes on in college bedrooms.

At its most retarded, cases like this go all the way up to the Supreme Court, where a bunch of senior citizens get to dictate how hookups should be managed.

[–]hyugafan 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Christ almighty. I hope things get better for the guy. Thanks, feminism.

[–]Endorsed ContributorrebuildingMyself 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Well, it's going to be hard to find a husband when you accuse every man on the cock carousel of raping you.

Well that's easy. Just fuck Chad and if he doesn't commit, just falsely accuse him of rape. Then you're "non-slut" status is preserved and you're free to peddle sex for commitment with the next guy.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Hmm... So, the Miami Dolphins are looking for cheerleaders in Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, as well as Miami? There is so much added motivation for me to dust off and improve my Spanish skills.

Oh, yea. The false rape allegation thing. Uh, this is a recurring pattern of behavior with colleges over the last few years and just seems to be increasing. I'm surprised with all this B.S. about "яape kulture", why so many women's only colleges are either closing or going co-ed to stay open. If this was real, there would be a demand for womens only campuses.

[–]OmegaMan2 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Wow! This story is enough to make young men swear off women for good, which leads to the second point in that women are crying, "Where have all the good men gone?"

The more these types of stories circulate, the more the wailing and gnashing of teeth by the women folk over the lack of eligible men is going to get worse.

I would suggest that if young men on campus want to get laid, that they simply hire an escort, thereby dramatically lowering the risk of expulsion and a ruined life. Where does this leave the college ladies? In nowhere land!

[–]XJ-0461 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

I recently saw a debate on the subject of what role schools should take in sexual harassment and it was really depressing. Both sides suck basically.

I believe that a school technically has every right to expel students without the victim going trough the legal system. However I also believe it is wrong for them to do so. I believe they should not be able to levy punitive decisions, only ones to keep the victim safe e.g. changing dorms and classes. Punitive measures should come from the legal system.

[–]_red_carpet 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Wasn't this the "no means yes and yes means anal" school?

The school is probably trying to overcompensate. Honestly though ridiculous. I hope he gets justice in court.

[–]munchtastic1 points [recovered] (1 child) | Copy Link

Are these things also happening in Canada? I don't remember seeing this "phenomenon" in Canada.

[–]redzorp 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

I went to college in the late 80s/early 90s in Canada and that was the start of the mass hysteria. The official stat on our campus was an outrageous "1 in 3 women have been sexually assaulted"

The school newspapers ran the most incendiary misandrist crap, day after day. Everything was about date rape, No Means No, all men are violent scum, blah blah.

It's certainly getting worse today but it has been building for decades. I fear we haven't seen the bottom quite yet.

[–]RPRedhead 0 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy Link

How long until all the feminist college bullshit has a chilling effct on men getting college educations? Why hasn't someone taken this to the supreme court? Why does our society allow this sort of fucked up injustice to continue?

As much as possible men need to respond with the most vigorous and unrelenting defense possible. And the best defense is offense, right? What should men on on offense here?

[–]redzorp 5 points6 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Most men are beta losers who defer to women. End of discussion.

The day women were given the vote was the beginning of the End of Western civilization. It is a mathematical certainty. Nothing can stop it.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Yeah if you let women they will destroy your society, domesticate and feminize the men, then fuck the invaders while their brothers/fathers/sons are killed.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy Link

I hope he doesn't get a sjw, feminist jew judge in his lawsuit. This shit is dangerous.

[–]redzorp 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Yup, if the judge was a Clinton or Obama appointee, case could go against him no matter what happens in trial.

Dangerous times.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Always have a camera in the bedroom recording every interaction.

[–]Cristoff13 0 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy Link

Its almost like feminists are trying to return to where you can only get sex inside of marriage...

except of course married men can be falsely accused of rape too by their wives, and being married carries no additional protection under the law. Perhaps they just want guys to all cut their balls off or something.

[–]redzorp 1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Perhaps they just want guys to all cut their balls off or something.

Bingo.

And then they will lobby hard for Big Daddy Government to let in millions of rapefugees from the middle east to get their fix of masculinity.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Lol women are fucking stupid. only a dumbass would give them a say in anything. older generations knew they weren't equals, but now we think they are (because WE removed the physical part of every day life)

[–]meh613 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Women are moody. This we know. It is entirely possible that the first three times were consensual and the fourth was not from her perspective.

There is a legal system in place. Did our man use it? I don't see any evidence for it. While Yale lacks a campus-wide ombudsman, at least as of November 2011, various departments at Yale do not. Our man might want to start there?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Wow, the USA is completely fucked.

[–]Cobra32233 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

These athlete stories are awesome in the sense that they raise so much awareness. Sorry about his life tough.

[–]thechariot83 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

This type of bullshit is obviously very fucked up. In addition to a defamation lawsuit that will win this dude big bucks, that bitch should at the very least be fined substantial amounts of money and kick the bitch out of Yale.

Plate?

Can someone explain this?

[–]Man-with-a-pitchfork 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

The sidebar can!

From the glossary: Plate - Woman with whom you are in a non-exclusive sexual relationship with. Spinning plates is the act of having multiple plates simultaneously.

Go read the sidebar, and don't even think about posting here until you've read it all. For any questions, post in /asktrp.

[–]TheBeardedMarxist 0 points1 point  (4 children) | Copy Link

Did she have something to gain here?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (3 children) | Copy Link

she felt spurned, probably thought she could settle with him like they did with Jameis Winston.

[–]TheBeardedMarxist 0 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy Link

So she though a white boy that played for Stanford and not NBA material was equal to an NFL bound QB. She certainly isn't a smart one.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy Link

Well she still gets back at him either way.

[–]Cristoff13 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Weren't most colleges before the 1960s like fundamentalist christian colleges are today - genders mostly kept separate, no unmarried sex allowed at all, only chaperoned chaste dating allowed, etc? If the feminists and their allies keep pushing maybe colleges will be forced to reinstate this. I would find that amusing.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

In other words making anonymous ONS safer than LTR.

"Where have all the good man gone?" will be asked at a much younger age, maybe even in college.

I'd seriously advise everyone in America films every second of their life because what's to stop a chick from saying you raped her while you were actually sleeping at home. It probably won't stick but it will still ruin your name and may get you into prison if her friends roll with it.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Everybody back on the pile!

[–]Tarnsman4Life 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

I guess the moral of the story is, if you are a college man, don't have sex with women who go to your school.

I just read a story the other day about someone expelled after accusations were levelled by a woman who didn't even go to the guys college. Just because she isint associated with your school won't save you.

[–]desno 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

I made a video in response to the whole Preponderance of the Evidence in reaction to reading this

[–]moolah_dollar_cash 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

To be fair. It may be a completely different set of women looking to find husbands than willing to accuse people of rape.

And while I'm no expert on this particular case. I don't think 3 previous sexual encounters doesn't in itself mean there couldn't have been a rape. My point being if this really is so obviously a case of false accusation this wouldn't be the fact I would use to show how obvious that is. Because 3 previous sexual encounters doesn't make me think "then there couldn't possibly have been a rape."
