You: "oh, I bet you do" (or smiliar banter shit like that)

The next time you want to hang out you say: "I'm doing X thing at Y time, come with me/wanna join me" or "Lets do X thing at Y time". Make it seem more like statements than questions.

Assume attraction. Ask her out as a statement. Propose something concrete.

"Let's do drinks. I'm thinking Dorsia, this Friday at 7pm.".

Your response is way too passive and vague to a girl who already expressed interest by suggesting you two get together. As everyone else said be more direct with real plans. You're the guy, can't expect her to do all the work.

You need to set the time, that's all. "Hope to see you soon" > "You free on Tuesday afternoon?" is infinitely better than "we should hang out sometime". To take it a step further, use one of the things you'd like to do in your text so that she has something precise to anchor herself to and look forward to "Wanted to check out that new bar downtown, Tuesday afternoon works for you?". It's even better if you suggest that you're doing whatever you want to do at that time and that she's free to join you. "I'll be checking out that new bar downtown Tuesday afternoon, you should come."

This is why we generally recommend to only text for logistics (setting up actual meetings), because most people are awful at it. If your text game is good, you can do more but if you aren't, don't have conversations over text. Girls love to text just because they're bored, do not be available 24/7 to entertain them on their schedule.

The thing that should always be in the back of your mind while texting is "when are we meeting next". Be to the point, don't ask about their day, you'll have plenty of time to do that once you see them.

Or:

"Are you free [insert days/times]?"
