Some situations specially with women make me feel guilty

These aren't one-off issues: you're seeing the forest for the trees, they're all part of the same problem - guys who are bad with women are guys who are easily emotionally disturbed. Most men grow up in a sheltered world where nothing jolts our (male) amygdala into action - except women - ergo, they're not used to handling states in which it is active.

Women, by their biological nature, exist in the midst of a constant emotional shitstorm, so of course they'll be better than you at operating in emotionally volatile states - they're always in it, they drag you into it, they win. Gas-lighting, guilt tricking and most other female advantages over you rely on your lack of emotional self-awareness / self-control.

Emotion has become a woman's dominant playing field since most men nowadays are largely deprived of experiencing it from a young age by schools, sedation, escapism, conformism, etc. You must learn to effectively work with emotion inside both yourself and those around you. This is a learned skill. Create your own, personalized, way to master it.

Women are repulsed by most men nowadays because despite all other appearances, they are emotionally dominant over them - if you've read anything here, you know that women fucking hate men they can control - this stems from an unconsciously learned fear based on past experiences: when power is given to them, they fuck everything up.

This unconsciously learned fear envelops their world. The indecision to pick a dress. The endless hesitation. The limbic reaction when you ask what they want to eat or do. The workplace behavior when they aren't told exactly what to do.

You get the picture.

Wrong way: use all your logic to defend, explain, rationalize, excuse what you did and why, and try to make her see your point of view.

Right way: give zero fucks and dont enter her frame. A&A, ignore. Whatever she says or does, your opinion/stance wont change.
