  • I work from home doing a job that gives me very flexible hours so I have a lot of free time

  • Not in school

So I'm moving out into my own place starting in Oct, with no roommates, and I'm excited as hell - but at the same time I'm a little bit worried I won't be able to make the most of my time without some solid advice.

My ideal plan is to use this year as a way to entirely fix all that is wrong in my life with regards to my fitness levels, my laziness and my bad habits, by going to the gym, eating right, becoming productive and creating new good habits that stick so that I can completely change who I am for the better.

How can I get the very most out of this next year of my life? I plan on hitting the gym a lot, working devoting a shitload of time and effort to my body, deactivating social media and essentially doing a complete 180 on my life because up until this point I've been lazy and unproductive.

How can I best use this time? I'm in a part of the city away from most things and people I know so I'll have a lot of time alone.

What would you do? How would you spend an entire year if you had a bunch of free time and nowhere to go but up? What would be your "do's" and "dont's"?
