5'6, 120 pounds, skinny frame, not much muscle.

Would it be possible (and healthy) to gain 50 pounds (putting me at 170) by this time next year? I just filled out one of those calculators that tells you how much you'd have to eat and it says I'd need 2538 calories and a surplus of 490

Obviously this will be healthy weight gained - not just fat. I'll be lifting as well and doing other sports etc.

This feels extremely doable but it almost seems too good to be true since 2500 calories isn't that much..

Then again I'm a 120 pound stickman so what the fuck do I know.

Anybody have experience with putting on a lot of weight and muscle fast?
