I've been applying Maslow's heirarchy of needs to my life lately and it has helped me a lot. I realized nicotine is a fundamental physiological need, on par with food and water, which is why quitting makes life feel like it crashing into pieces - so by being aware that I am secure financially and socially it makes quitting easier. Still haven't kicked the habit though.

Anyways, I'm trying to figure out where women belong? People tend to say sex and companionship belong in the base of the needs triangle, aka physiological needs, along with other animalistic needs like food, water, and shelter. Or do women belong under social needs? Or do you need sex and companionship to feel a high sense of esteem? Right now, I realize that I have put women in the self actualization category - something I only need when every other aspect of my life is in near-perfect order.
