Never gamble again. Only a retard can find entertainment in gambling. If you want the thrill then do speculation. But you have no money.

Ask your boss for an advance on your salary. Humbly. So you can afford food.

Your rent is extremely high, get something cheaper as soon as you can.

Don't use money for anything else than rent, cooking ingredients and things you need to keep your job until you have saved a couple of thousands so you never get in this situation again.

Quit that shit. I know a friend's boss who has an amazing restaurant which earns him 5K on the weekend and he spends every single cent in the casino. Guy drives a shit car as well who he won from the casiono which i can compare to a 500$ dacia.

Average pay where i live is 400$ so let that sink in, the guy could be ballin here but his addiction fucks him up. Oh well, at least he pays his staff every time.

This is true for the majority (or gambling wouldn't be 26 billion a year industry with a billion in profit last year end of June 30th.) Of course there are mathematicians and professionals who win and lose big, but that's also involving other skills such as empathy and cold reading, deception, etc.
