You don't say it, you just do it. If you met her on a night out, dance with her, talk or whatever you like, but don't forget to have fun. Then ask her to leave the place, say some stupid excuse to take her to your place (eat ice cream, to show your stamp collection, idk..) for ASD. And then just fuck her. If you met her during the day, call her on a drink and to the same as above.

A female friend recently told me a story of a guy she fucked that sounds like it's in the direction of what you're trying to do here--not sure how this would work as a usual strategy. Anyways, he's an attractive lad (guy was my friend--girl was also my friend, just a coincidence as they did not know each other prior) and he spotted her at a party from a ways away. They make eye contact.

He holds the eye contact and approaches. When he does, he says "Hey, I've noticed you all night. You're a really beautiful girl." Then he walks away. She tells me, "that made me think of him all night."

A couple hours later he returns to the party. He says "I came back to get your number." She gives it to him. Again, he leaves. The next night he texts her late at night, assuming she's out drinking. He just invites her over. She goes to his house. He escalates--they fuck.

Overall, a not-so-TRP pickup tactic, but it worked and I can see why. He was pretty mysterious even while displaying a ton of intent. He also has the added benefit of visually high SMV (tall, great jawline, good face). But I think that if you want to be so direct you need to add something to it. Being direct, directly is just going to make the chick feel like you're too easy and not a challenge to her.

Never communicate overtly.

Going out with her communicates your interest. Escalating and ultimately closing shows you want to fuck.
