I've started working on my abs and know that they'll never be visible if I don't lower my body fat. The problem is I don't know where to start. I like meat, fatty tasting stuff (grease, oil, butter etc) and salt. I can give up a whole lot of the sugar I eat(like 99% probably) and some of the carbs if need be. Is there a diet that is somewhat reminiscent of what I would like or do I just need to bite the bullet and start eating healthier in general?
