The toughening aspect of training my hands is why I haven't used gloves.
That and I feel like I'm not lifting so much weight that I should be wearing gloves.
Idk, honestly they hurt more today than they did last night. I put neosporin on it but I use my hands all day so I just gotta deal with it.

This is the best advice in the thread. TL;DR: you are most likely holding the bar wrong, OP. Get used to holding it correctly and calluses will be much more manageable in the future. I've been doing this for months and it really, really helps.

When the pads of your hands form a "pinch" after lifting, it's okay to wear gloves. Pay attention to your grip and use chalk. The ripping happens because the weight is moving in your hand, you don't want that but it's inevitable.

Super glue, and take it a bit easier but don't stop. The problem is they aren't developed, you need to develop them.
I have manly hands and rip callouses open once or twice a year. Mostly from dead lifting and baseball.
Most importantly, be a man about it. When asked, you aren't in any pain it's just inconvenient... for your lady.

Cut them up with a scalpel. Normally mine just peel, when they get to inflexible to grip the bar for my deadlifts

To heal: duct tape, neosporin, chalk, and more lifting To fix the problem: stop being a pussy, and realize that the pain you are feeling is your body congradulating you for your gains Going forward: fuck you get back in the gym.
Also, get a sand bag in the meantime. If it hurts that bad, just sand-bag it up for a while. You don't need your hands much.
