Hey guys,

So brief background info: I'm 21, heading to college for my final year in the Fall, then returning to the company I'm interning at this year full-time.

My parent's are divorced and I grew up without a good male role model (dad was always gone and had cheated on my mom) so that obviously led to some psychological issues and dating issues: was stuck on my high school ex for 2 years, get friendzoned frequently, etc.

Now that I'm about to start the rest of my 20's, how would I go about finding a good mentor? I'll be on the old side at college, so this is more just when I start full time. A lot of the guys i work with tend to be fairly old (like in their 40's) but there are some younger people around.

Aside from that, I'm trying to read up on how to not be such a nice guy anymore, work on my physical alpha-ness (diet, exercise, lift), and be more aware of the crazy girls I'm surrounded by sometimes
