I'm just going to be blunt and say I'm a negative whiny little bitch who needs a good rocket to the ass filled with perspective.

lately things haven't been going well for me and I am trying to get back on track. I've recently come out of bad time and I'm not on a normal level again. I'm wonder how YOU deal with the negative times / influences in your life. I feel as If I see something and my RSA FOCUSES ON THE NEGATIVE. How can I change that a turn it into a positive? how can I remain / be positive for longer and how can I not let things affect me as much?
