For my first post on a new account I will talk a little bit about one of the redpill book series I enjoy; the Conqueror series by Conn Iggulden, in which Iggulden describes Genghis Khan's life and legacy.

One of the themes in the book is Genghis' fixation with maintaining a "Cold Face" (read: maintaining frame). This is used in many interactions with high-ranking officials and other leaders, as well as general confrontations where confidence and rock-like emotional stability are needed to show he has no fear; no fear of both the situation and the person he is confronted by.

"Show me the cold face that you will show to enemies who taunt you. Remember that they too are afraid. If you have ever wondered if you were the only coward in a world of warriors, know that they feel the same, to the last man. In knowing that, you can hide your own fear and stare them down."

This is easily applied to real life. You need to maintain frame with everyone, until you become what you were pretending to be.

"Your body is like any other animal in your care. It will clamour for food and water, warmth and relief from pain. Find the cold face and you will be able to shut out its clamouring voice."

Not as applicable in modern times where survival is extremely likely. But it could allude to maintaining frame around women ("other animal in your care").
