Hey guys, 5'9'' frame 145 lbs here. I have gained a lot of muscle and a few pounds from bulking. I hear a lot about how bulking and cutting isn't the best thing to do anymore though.
Is it possible for me to continue lifting and getting bigger while also revealing my abs?
For reference, the program I've been doing is Stronglifts 5X5.
My metabolism is super high so it's really hard for me to gain weight. I've tried to take in at least 2700 calories a day. I don't always make it to that number though. The Myfitnesspal calorie counting app helps, but I have to eat so much to get to that number that I consistently run out of the right foods.
