A month ago I hurt my shoulder working out. I thought with rest it'd get better. It hasn't. I can't afford a Dr's visit because I'm laid off from work. So no health insurance.

I've been resting and hoping to get better but haven't. Now I feel like crap. No workouts for weeks, stopped pursuing goals etc. Right now life isn't great and I want to change that.

What do I do to get back on TRP track?

Edit: I hurt it doing shoulder presses at home. It felt like muscle soreness but didn't go away. Now it hurts to lift my arm or push with it. Resting on the couch or bed with it at my side it doesn't hurt. I've noticed that going for walks helps until I stop. I can't do any upper body work due to it. I know I need to get it checked out but can't afford a medical bill right now.
