I'm fairly educated in the best practices of powerlifting, I watch a lot of channels like Candito and OmarIsuf, that sometimes mention studies etc.

But then I take a look at someone like Chris Duffin and the guys at Massthetics, who know WHY the best practices work. They studied their own anatomy and physiology, especially Duffin who employed an engineering perspective to understand anatomy.

Seeing as I intend to keep lifting a lifelong journey towards my natural limits, injury-free as much as possible, I want to reach that level of knowledge someday...where do I start? I've heard people suggest Starting Strength but how in depth does it go?
