I can't remember the exact wording - but it went something like - for all the learning about women and the red pill you do and screening you do for future LTR's/wives/fwb the women you should actually be most concerned with is your mother. just remember that. she has massive ability to emasculate and influence you. She must be treated like you do other women of her age - i.e, light and flirty - do not engage her in real conversation that you would a man. i.e. in this example telling her the benefits of resistance exercise is futile. Telling her she's chopped your dads balls off and wont do the same to you is futile. the correct response is to be flirty with her and say "yes mummy just runs for me" until you feel able to actually go full alpha and just outright ignore those kind of comments, and know shes not going to challenge hyou on it. its a tough spot mate. that's for sure, and one that you need to consider carefully, really carefully.
