If you are a "Huge Noob" then I actually think this advice will be the most helpful.

You will fuck this up

You're simply too inexperienced and you will make blunders, mistakes, there will be awkwardness. There will also be some good times. You probably wont get close to having sex, depending on your experience you may not even get a kiss.

That's all 100% fine. Just do it, identify the areas you went wrong, and concentrate on improving them. Don't go in expecting an outcome, ironically this will make you 100% more confident anyway.

Some practical advice - just remember although you're obviously very nervous - so is she, so just be chill - she'll pick up on your vibe and hopefully it's a cool one.

Greet her like you're meeting an old friend from many years ago - relaxed - big smile - kiss cheek - minor hug. you know the drill. just lead the interaction. come and sit down. What would you like to drink. Im having beer. did you find the place ok. I actually disagree with iliksquash and think interview questions are actually ok - just not one after the other as its normal to ask about her life.

The only other thing I can't recommend highly enough is after the second drink - change location. again is a chance for you to lead. and it makes her think she knows you better than she really does (credit the game) as you've now been to 2 bars together rather than one. <- I normally do three bars. location changers are fucking great!

First off be confident getting a bartenders number is hard she gets hit on by many dudes. Then making that number into a date bravo.

Don't be hurt if she flakes though you seem overly invested.

If you're date is tonight then you aren't going to cram your head full of kino and shit tests and game before you go on the date to effectively be fun. You'll be overanalyzing yourself the whole fucking time.

Just chill and be confident. You already did something that is difficult for a lot of guys. You got a bartender's number. And set up a date. Now the next move is whether she flakes.

Just have fun. Don't overthink and don't overinvest. Trust your gut and instincts and go for more when you think the opportunity is there and don't hold back.

Then tomorrow regardless of how the date went start working on a second girl so you don't onenitess yourself with this one.

Embrace the suck and don't beat yourself up about it. Try practicing kino if possible and bounce around different locations and all that but ultimately just get through it. You won't be batting 1.000 right out the gate.

Kino advice for a beginner: if she has something on her hand, ring, tattoo, watch, whatever, grab her hand and say "that looks cool let me see"

OK, your post screams insecurity. OK here is a few tips. 1) assume she won't sleep with you, takes the pressure off 2) go on the date have fun and be the fun guy. 3)see if she has you pegged as an orbiter, do not offer to buy her a drink, or buy first round and tell he she has next round. If her buying drinks is an issue, she was just using you for free drinks. 4)sit close to her. Touch her see if she is responsive to you touching her. 5) have a plan, take her to park before the bar, so you can chat and walk around. 6) when talking stay away from interview style questions. You know what she does for money, so ask her questions like what is the craziest thing she saw at the bar?....I personally like to think of a few questions that are in my back pocket.
