A sociopath needs lessons in empathy, in seeming "human". They need the opposite of TRP.

First of all, don't use the word "sociopath"... especially not when referring to yourself.

"Sociopath" is a slur used to character assassinate a whole set of individuals, many of whom are not only useful to society, but vitally necessary.

The current version of the DSM classifies the "Antisocial Personality Disorder":

Since the age of fifteen there has been a disregard for and violation of the right's of others, those right's considered normal by the local culture, as indicated by at least three of the following: A. Repeated acts that could lead to arrest. B. Conning for pleasure or profit, repeated lying, or the use of aliases. C. Failure to plan ahead or being impulsive. D. Repeated assaults on others. E. Reckless when it comes to their or others safety. F. Poor work behavior or failure to honor financial obligations. G. Rationalizing the pain they inflict on others.

At least eighteen years in age.

Evidence of a Conduct Disorder, with its onset before the age of fifteen.

Symptoms not due to another mental disorder.

Obviously, this is a "catch-all" category for certain types of disruptive behaviour, not specific criteria pointing to a fundamental condition.

What people are trying to get at when they say "sociopath" is that we know there is a subset of society that has a diminished-to-absent capacity for guilt, shame, remorse, or empathy. We know this to be true. But what we cannot demonstrate is that these individuals are any worse to have around than anyone else, since our diagnostic criteria are set up so that we only notice them when they cause problems.

Sociopathy is one of the dark triad traits. If anything you'd be a better red piller. Sociopaths also tend to be better at reading people and are thus able to get away with shit like violence, so maybe violence against women could be a more prominent part of a sociopath's game whereas it'd be harder for a regular man to pull off.

As a fairly sociopath person I must interject over the notion that sociopaths are antisocial. The first step to learning to manipulate others is self control or maintaining frame, this comes naturally to sociopaths but resisting the frames of others is just defense, the real power of a true sociopath is faking your emotions to have desirable effects on others. Lacking empathy is a huge help when it comes to maintaining frame. I think of Ted Bundy who was more of a sadist but must have also been highly sociopathic. He was very charming and was excellent with women.

All in all I would say you are lucky!
