I know that's an oxymoron. It's just something I've been thinking about.
Lately, I've written a very personal blog post about depression and I wanted to share them on Facebook as I thought it might help other people relate and overcome whatever they're in.
Part of me is afraid to share it because I don't want to seem weak, but and another part of me thinks that being vulnerable is the only way to cut through the noise of bullshit that's out there.
So I'm asking, what do you think is best?
