I actually took the time and listened to all of it. It is not so much a dissection of AFBB. It is a therapeutic session between Molyneux and the caller which dissects why the caller ends up in the place he is now.

The far more important message is that the relationships we have in our childhood are mirrored by everything we do. That is easy to type, easy to read and easily forgotten without really reflecting it to your own situation. And that made the 2 hours worthwhile for me. It is something you already know, but you never take the time to really reflect on. Listening to Molyneux guide the caller through it and touching on how healthy friendships and relationships would actually look like is an eye opener.

The caller in the video was inserting himself into a situation where he played the provider for a superficial insane chick who had 2 children from 2 different fathers, was sill hung up on the second and wanted a third one from him. And no close friends in sight to stop him. No family to stop him. His mother and sister actually pushed him to continue white knighting for her "She's the one". And I would have been one of the firsts to jump on the "his decision, his responsibility, his call" bandwagon. Molyneux took it a step deeper and asked him where his friends where. Friends who would look out for him and fight for him with compassion to stop him from making this horrible mistake. Not just mention it in passing. Actually fighting for him, insisting to get him out of his vagina-daze. And asked him why he doesn't have those kind of friends. Where it does come from that he doesn't has relationships like that.

And that is the message which did hit me. Cause I have fuck no idea how to form a friendship like that. And I instantly remembered situations where I was the shitty friend who didn't stop my friends from making horrible mistakes. Who ignored calls for help when a friend voiced "I'm too deep already, I'm not getting out anymore, guess I have to marry her" as some sort of joke. Despite clearly seeing that he deserves so much better and chose a woman who would abuse his kindness much like his parents did. All I did was exactly what the caller's friends in the video did. I kinda somehow mentioned it and then told myself that it is his life and his call.

Sometimes red is really bitter and depressing.

Never marry a woman with children. The family courts can make you pay child support on her kids. Google it. Happens all the time.

Ok got done watching this, was rather long but definitely worth it. It gets REALLY good after 1hr. Basically the entire first 60m is Stefan is letting the other guy give background info and setup. After about an hour, Stefan starts tearing apart the other guy and breaking down all his walls. Shows him where the source of his mistakes come from, how the toxic relationships around him are defining him, the harm he's done to others and that the girl he's broken over is really nothing but a vagina. Near the end he goes hard core TRP and explains why all this shit is happening and why the guy is the problem (white knighting girls).

Really good shit.

This was a great video. I highly recommend it to anyone - even to those of you familiar with TRP concepts :)
