The red pill recommends lifting as the number 1 thing a guy should do to improve himself. There's plenty of information about diet and lifting routines. However, there's nothing I can find with regards to stretching.

I read a red pill post where older men were giving advice to younger guys, and one man said "stretch before and after lifting, otherwise your body will eventually seize up, no matter how health or in shape you are".

So I'm not looking for a stretching routine that can help me with that. Any ideas where I can find information on this?
