Since I'm a chef who's had worked in one of his restaurant, I'm going with Gordon Ramsay.

First of all, forget what you see in Hell's Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares US. Those are all fabricated and scripted, with him being told specifically to amp up the psycho personality.

In real life, Gordon Ramsay is absolutely charming, to both men and women. Always ready to motivate and excite others, combined with his EXTREME PLAYFUL PERSONALITY, he has men listening with respect and women giggling like little girls. CHARMING - CHECK

Now, when it comes to discipline, he is direct and unfiltered. A mistake's a mistake, and he will be firm when they happen. However, laziness, negligence and general acting like a punk is not tolerated, and he will exercise discipline with no exception. PUNISHING BAD BEHAVIOR - CHECK

On the other side of the coin, you talk to any of his staff, and most of them would have been on his side for YEARS AND YEARS. Wait...how's that possible given his abusive personality? Well...like I said, that's all American media bullcrap. The loyalty comes because he REWARDS GOOD BEHAVIORS. His head chefs who've proven their performance and loyalty gets a percentage of the restaurant they run. Staff birthdays, from manager to dishwasher, are never forgotten, and after work dinner are constant treats. Once a month, the whole team gets together for an activity, whether it's soccer or go-karting, as a reward for the hard work. REWARDING GOOD BEHAVIORS - CHECK.

Now, let's look at the relationships in his life. A dutiful, good-looking wife. 4 kids who do chores, sports and homework. His home is on lock down. Meanwhile, he has the academics, the upper class ladies, the feminists of Britain giggling and wetting their panties at charity parties. GOOD WITH WOMEN - CHECK

What else, what else. Oh, let's look at an overlooked aspect of masculinity on this sub - career. Well, I don't think I need to go over the details, but 22 restaurants, all making money (he closes ones that don't, like in Scotland...and Melbourne). A media empire expanding books, advertising, PR services and TV shows, making him the highest earning chef in the world, as well as arguably the most famous. He drives a Bentley, lives in Wandsworth in London, and has real estate investments all over England. MONEY IN BANK - CHECK

Last, but not at all least, Gordon lifts like a beast. Check any of the videos where he's in t-shirts and you can see that he's a mascular guy. Runs marathons all the time and does Iron Man competition once a year. LIFTING - CHECK.

My non fictional role model is Dwayne Johnson.

He worked his ass up from being low to being a world famous personality. He stills works insanely hard, he is a genuine guy with honest intentions and stands up for himself. He is a beast of a man physically. He is nice to everyone he meets, shares his wealth with others and still does not let anyone walk over him. To me, he is the ideal of a man. Works on his own for his own goals, expects no one to help him, yet shares his success with so many people, because he just wants to and expects no one to return anything in favour other than being respectful. Truly something I aspire to be.

A fictional role model would be Dr. House.

The way he holds frame and is selfish beyond anything normal, yet stays true to people who are somewhat close to him, is impressive. He is manipulative and kind of evil. But you can seriously learn how to stay in control or pressure flip any situation.

Those are 2 completely opposite personalities but mastered their way of presenting themselves.
