Married for 25 years here.

We are from a different era than many of you young guys obviously, but in my opinion women are still women (I will get to that later).

I am the leader in the household and always have been. And she appreciates what I bring to the table, and I her. She is my undisputed first mate. But never a doormat. Even though I make many of the big decisions for the household, she knows I always value her opinions and input whether I agree with it or not. If I make a decison that goes wrong, she rarely chastises me because she knows that one of the reasons why I am the leader, is because she doesn't want the stress of making the final decison. If something goes wrong, I always accept responsibility, but also review so I can learn from my mistakes and be a better decision maker for the family.

She is a very kind, loving person, looks after herself, very feminine and always puts family first. She dresses well, and whenever we go out on a date she dresses to the 9's to show appreciation for the date. She recognizes her weaknesses and is always looking to improve. As am I. And she is just as good looking as she was when we first met. She never uses sex as a weapon.

All but one of our friends is divorced and quite often we are asked how we keep it together, yet they already know but never let it sink in.

We are both community leaders actively involved in several things, all centred around children in need. We do not however do things for them, we help them help themselves.

I have my own hobbies

I lift weights
I am a practicing martial artist for 35 years and run my own club with a focus on children
I have my pilot's licence so I go flying every few weeks for a day, and on occasion, take the wife for a flight
I have a motorcycle and we go on the occasional trip, or just drive around for fun
I am an outdoors person and love camping and backpacking.

My wife has her own hobbies. Mostly feminine in nature.

On women are still women

My wife is proud of me, values me and I know she tells (brags) her girlfriends some of the stuff we get up to.
On men love women women love kids and kids love puppies: I know my wife loves me but it if ever came down to a choice between our children or me I have no illusions.
I still get the occasional shit test and usually pass them. I still screw up on occasion lol.
Emotions trump logic

Now all this may sound like I have a perfect marriage but as far as I am concerned that doesn't exist. We have had our rough patches (I found TRP at that time and fixed myself which fixed the relationship) , still have the occasional arguement and so on but we are obviously doing something right.

There is no such thing as an ideal relationship. There are good relationships, even great ones but NONE are "ideal."

My wife makes a healthy 6-figures and has sex with me 2-4 times a week after 20+ years. That is as "ideal" as you can possibly get.

The primary characteristic you are looking for is SUBMISSIVE. Does she follow your lead, happily and eagerly? Or does she question everything you do harpilly and shrewishly? There is rarely a middle ground but it all depends on what YOU are willing to tolerate. ANY woman will treat you horribly, walk all over you, and piss on your grave- if you let them.

My LTR is closing in on the 8 year mark. I've been happy with everything except for the declining rate of sexual activity. However, TRP has given me the tools to rectify this. The sex slowed down because she stopped seeing me as masculine. This is a trap many LTRs fall into. Slowly, as I work on myself RP style her attitude is changing. She's not jumping my bone constantly, and it won't happen overnight, but I do see how she reacts to me differently when I do something the RP way vs the blue pill way.

I wouldn't say it's ideal but it's pretty close. She's hot, cares about staying in shape and frames it as doing it to keep me interested (showing that she knows it's a big deal to me and I have other options that do stay fit). She just got into medical school and is quite intelligent in other aspects (socially, street smart). She has a healthy level of jealousy when I hang with other girls and knows there are several who have made moves on me recently. She thinks feminism is a crock and frequently complains about girls she meets telling her her views are too conservative/old fashioned. She has called friends out in front of me for some of the exact same shit tests, hamstering, and AF/BB stuff I read on here. She doesn't drink and only goes out when she's with me. Her friends have complained to me that she's too submissive (she always checks if I'm free and want to see her before saying she can hang with them, stuff like that). She's crazy in the sack and initiates it as much or more than I do so we do it probably 4-5 times a week. When she's on her period she initiates just to give me a bj. When were apart I'll get sexy pics and emails with detailed sexual fantasies she wants to play out when I get back. She gives me time to do my hobbies and brags to her friends how "manly" they are (hunting and fishing, Tae Kwon Do, lifting).

And the small stuff like I can have a serious conversation with her about things and get honest, logical opinions. If she's ever too emotional, when I tell her, she accepts it and waits to have an adult conversation. Her dad has extremely strong frame and it shows in the relationship with his wife. And he raised her a lot like I would raise a daughter if I ever have kids.

Edit: I should add she's not perfect. I still get shit tests every once in a while and she gets too emotional in a lot of arguments. But I attribute a lot of the good things more to how she was raised more so than I caused them. I firmly believe some girls are just much more prone to TRP-positive attributes because of how they're raised and using TRP philosophies in a relationship just maximizes the outputs of desirable behavior. I'd love someone to post a counterpoint if people disagree with that. Always trying to improve.

I'm in an LTR that has lasted 4.5 years so far, we are engaged to be married next year. Overall our relationship has been stupendous, really. However her libido isn't what it used to be, and she's gotten to where despite the fact I get sex regularly, it's almost always of the "obligation" variety. I started reading TRP to see how I could shake her up and get her to put more effort into fucking me properly. I only started applying TRP tactics since last week, but with mixed results. I'm naturally dark triad by nature (I'll admit it) by she chipped that frame away and I had gotten to be way too much her beta bitch. I'm working on getting my frame back where it needs to be, and that seems to be helping a bit, but when I do it too fast it freaks her out. "You're not acting like your usual self lately." And a little resentment and tears sometimes from her. At the same time, a little more effort was put into sex last night, so maybe the frame rebuilding is helping.. if I don't run her off by being my true dominant self without filters. Honestly if I was the real me I'd just be a monster all the time and she doesn't deserve that.

Back to the point though, I think LTRs can be great as long as you maintain frame, set clear boundaries, and bring the law down on her ass if she slips. Of course to be fair, you treat her right. I don't believe in cheating and I don't give a shit what these theoretical twat robbers around here say.

LTR, 4 years.

She's 5 years younger and actually accepts guidance and is open minded to my left field advice. She helped me steer her into a grad school, let me make a budget for her so she could afford it, and has actually changed a lot of her tastes to fit the monk style life I was living at the time. She got a sensible degree that took 1 year and let to a great job that has a fine work/life balance, and she did it by not following groupthink. She actually has the ability to take in advice with one ear and not spit it the fuck out of the other ear like 95% of other women.

She wants to take part in the things I enjoy whether or not they are things she has any proclivity for, often to an annoying but ultimately endearing extreme. She was always trying to tag along and get into whatever I was into - bay area rap, hiking, jazz, powerlifting, paleo, she would give it a try. She did volleyball in college so she sort of had her own mode and ideas about what to do in the gym, but she would follow me around and try to do my workouts with less weight.

She has her negatives, which is that she does enjoy her entertainment a bit too much. I do zero TV except for god-tier TV like Breaking Bad, no video games even though I work in gaming, maybe 1 movie a year, etc. I'd say she spends 2 hrs a day on stupid shit just to keep her brain occupied, but she is also 5 years younger than me. I grew out of that with no one to mentor me, I am confident she will grow out of it as she gets more and more into new constructive and creative hobbies.

She is extremely emotional and has a hamster. She yells, cries, laughs, screams, gets upset, the whole 9 yards, but she understands this is her nature and keeps it down to maybe 1 crazy fit a month. Look, the best women are highly emotional because that means they are highly feminine. I do not pressure her to be excessively logical or intellectual or anything like that, I push her towards positive emotionality and just accept that yeah, she will burst out crying about some irrelevant shit.

She's a woman - a part of her would love it if I bankrupted myself moving us into a house we couldn't afford and I took her around in a BMW. She often says that I could afford to live a lot more comfortably and that I am a little too cheap - but she has never once pressed me about it and trusts my judgment.

Above all though, she actually has pride. She never wanted anything she didn't earn herself. She has the pride to offer to cover some rent and utilities - she asked before I can demand it. I make more than her and she understands why we aren't supposed to live at the same lifestyle level. She understands I can treat myself to things because I have worked to get there, whereas she still has a few more years of work to get there. I never feel pressured to equalize our financial situations or pay for shit because I can.

Sexually she was very inexperienced, but highly intuitive and empathetic physically. Once I proved to her that her natural instinct for what is "sexy" is actually 100% right and that humans know all they need to know about sex in their DNA, she really blossomed. Give your woman sexual confidence, do not dread game her SEXUALLY. She was not great at sex initially, but the sex was still great. She learned quick because when you do not have an ego that you are already good at sex, you can quickly learn if you have the physical empathy to really feel how your partner is responding to things.

She loves kids and genuinely finds them endearing. She thinks women who don't like kids or babies (a lot of them) are suspicious and unreliable. Very soon I am ultimately going to have to make the hard choice of do I want to commit or not to starting a family with her. She's 24 now so I have time, but she is fully on board with the mentality of having kids before you get old. I could probably drag it out and keep her waiting on me for a long time, but ultimately the decision will be forced. I must decide within the next year or two because if I do decide that she's the one, the correct thing to do would be to let her start her pregnancy when she's young, we both are stable, and we're both in good mental health and low-stress. She hasn't gone baby-crazy or marriage-crazy yet, but I have seen way to much shit to know that it won't come at some point.

If marriage laws were fair, I'd ring this chick up. Oh well.

I'm going to go straight Freudian and say she reminds me of my mom. She is nurturing and cares for me as if I was a child. She brings me snacks when I'm in the library and just sits there with me in mutual silence. She is also constatly telling me how much she loves me. She constatly draws pictures of us. She doesn't play games, basically says exactly what she means. We don't fight or argue at all, if there is something we don't like we talk about it. I'm 31 she's 21. She's 4'11", 110 lbs, 31DD boobs, 1st generation Asian-American (I'm not being PC, she was born in Florida).

If you're asleep in the cockpit she's going to fly the plane the best she can and here's a spoiler: women can't fly planes, literal or metaphorical.
