Being part of a false accusation situation (not as the accused) has stuck with me for the last 15 years for me and I thought about it every time I was about to hookup for casual/ONS.

It's pretty much the run of the mill false rape accusation. Me and friend (he was 18) picked up two girls; the one he hooked up with was a few months away from 18 but said she was 19. We went back to my place. I walked into where my friend & this girl were going at it. She was on top of him riding him like there was no tomorrow. They get into fight next morning - she wanted to ltr him, he wasn't looking for that. Few hours later, police show up to my house while we working on car, arrest him for rape. I testified on his behalf and reported exactly what I saw. He was sentenced 5 years. Haven't seen him since, so I don't know if he got out early, but even a year for that is ridiculous.

Since then, I've always made sure to leave things in the best way possible and I am pretty sure it's saved my ass at least once.

I listened to this a few weeks ago. The whole thing sounds insane, but it is completely true (and terrifying). It's easy to see how he had his eyes opened to women and why he began treating them the way he does (Not pedestrianizing them, calling them on their shit, etc.). What happened to his friend who went crazy though, that shit is even more messed up.

Also, his mother really was awesome, risking arrest to get him the fuck out of the state, no questions asked, until she knew he wasn't going to be lynched.

RIP big guy. You were an inspiration to, and helped many, many men.

Patrice was a god damn genius.. absolutely tore apart all the female dummies he came across. He was amazingly insightful on Opie and Anthony as well as his short-lived Black Phillip show.

It's frightening how many men do not understand rape law in this country. Anyone who has been in the military could consider themselves an amateur expert on rape law, simply because they hammer that shit down your throat every couple months (and pepper in a few extra classes every time a high-profile rape hits the news like in Lackland). After a while of being immersed in lectures about how "anything you do can be in some way construed as rape," I had taken for granted that everyone knew this. I figured it was common sense.

Around New Years 2014 I was hanging out with this big group of college kids. Had a great time with some of the most beautiful women I've ever met. I invited my wing-woman to this party, and while I'm off doing my own thing, she had gotten herself a lil bit too popular with some of the fellas who were feeding her shots to the point where she got sick (dumbasses).

Next thing I know I'm in the back yard holding her hair while she's puking. I feed her some water and call a friend of hers to come pick her up. As I walk her -- and I mean literally, I had to walk her -- through the house so she can get to her ride, I walked through what felt like a parade of people cheering me on. "Way to go man, go smash that pussy!"

It blew my mind. Disregard the fact that this was my wing-woman and I never had, nor would I ever, fuck this broad, but this was the #1 scenario that all my classes had taught me "YOU WILL GET CHARGED WITH RAPE!" And there would have been no defense for me. This girl was clearly way too wasted to give consent, and while yeah I was drunk, the coke kept me soberish and I was the man.

So I walked her to her ride, came back inside, and after railing another line I explained to a few of these people how dangerous that shit is. I don't think they cared. These kids were all going to one of the biggest party schools in the nation, and I guarantee you this shit happened every weekend. How are the schools not teaching these kids how dangerous that shit is? Yeah, English 1301 is great and all, but fuck man, Rape Law 101 should be mandatory in the U.S. Education curriculum. That and how to handle your personal finances.

A criminal defense told me a very similar story.

Couple of guys hanging out. Phone rings. Guy gets off and says "a couple of freaks are coming over, ok?" (These are girls who come over to have sex with black guys.)

"Sure."

They come over and it's on. And the one guy complains about the poor quality of oral sex. She cries rape.

Hence the need for the criminal defense attorney.
