I love cooking, and cannot stand cutting and bulking meals. And I don't know about you guys, but I've spent enough at Starbucks to put a few kids through college. figured those egg bites couldn't have been too much work, and I can't eat picked eggs all god damned year, now can I?

So bam, a 90% as good recipe to make those sous vide eggs at home, without expensive hardware n shit.

And a spinach leaf, because fuck it.

17 eggs 500ml cottage cheese 1/4 cup full fat milk 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar Salt and pepper to taste

Put that shit into your Ninja, 2 hp blender and emulsify. pour into those mini muffin trays your ol lady uses for work. That stupid vegan friend of hers who needs to have gluten free dough balls made with vegetable oil. that shit cleans you out, I can't figure how that woman eats like this and still weighs as much as she does. That's the problem for eating what food eats I guess.

Put into a baking tray, and till the tray with a water bath, it probably goes up 3/4 of the way to the cop of the muffin tray. Put in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes.

About 2 minutes shy of being done.

They shrink a bit when you pull em out. Rake a little skewer around the edge, and they pop out pretty easily with a knife, give em a wiggle and then drop em into a Tupperware container. Eat 4 or 5 fresh, then mic the rest. In the morning, 30 seconds cooks 2 of em, 60 seconds can do 4 or 5.

If your meal plan has the space, you can always add strips of bacon into the bottom. I tried with spinach leaves, but they floated to the top. Can probably add a few shreds of cheese or whatever can pair with eggs and cheese.
