FWIW—Our kids—2 girls and a boy—attend public school. Once a week or so their school sends home a little sheet on brightly colored paper reminding parents and guardians that their role and responsibility in educating their children is just as important as their school’s role and responsibility with tips on how to support their child’s educational journey. These sheets exist because parents are at best ignorant of their role—at worst, just lazy and need to reminded of the most basic principles. Sadly, we see it every day—unintentional and very intentional neglect. They want someone else to raise their kids for them. They want someone else to make their kids behave. They come to a school yelling about their kid’s bad grade or disciplinary action but can’t remember the teacher’s name or even what grade the child is in. I believe that the real social problems stem from lack of parenting. Of course, we can’t be everything to our kids all the time, so they attend school for their academic education, play team sports for character building plus all the other benefits, attend church for spiritual guidance, and hang out with mom and dad to learn male and female roles in society and to be guided by us as they navigate through church, school, and extracurriculars. We don’t helicopter by any means, but we are engaged and mindful of the world in which they will have to live and thrive when they leave the nest. We will send them out with a strong foundation that societal pressures can’t tear down. For better or worse, you can’t unteach what has been taught from day one. So as parents, if all you can do is affect your sphere of influence, do it like you mean it.

Men are absolutely being feminized. While I personally agree with the video’s encouragement towards Christian values, I don’t think that guy does a great job citing examples of why he believes men are being feminized.

It all starts in schools. Public schools are structured in a way that caters to female strength, not male. Boys are constantly being told to behave “better” - behave like the girls. Boys are told not to play physical games with each other, wrestle, or play fight - important games that teach boys about strength and and how use it responsibly. Schools increasingly teach boys and girls to “tattle” instead of solving their own problems - an important skill that men need to learn to protect and serve their families when they become men.

Then these feminized men go on to work in ad agencies, universities, and movies. They create content that perpetuates the myth that a feminized man is desirable. And the cycle continues.

Dunno. I’m in a non traditional marriage in terms of masculine/feminine roles (even though I agree with a lot about red pill) and we are very happy. Anecdotally a lot of my peers would say the same.

I don’t know about everyone and I can’t tell the future. So maybe you are right, maybe there is no right answer. No idea, honestly.

I have noticed this as well. Men, especially in the Christian church are really feminized. Those who are masculine are few and far in between.

I have never been attracted to feminized men who coddled me. Never have, never will. In fact, I toured a public school today and while I thought it would be nice for my daughter, I wouldn’t say the same for my son.

It’s so true, and happening worldwide. I went to a liberal city in Australia (I won’t name it) recently for a week for a wedding, and the men we met were so feminine that I really just felt uncomfortable around them. Their topics of conversation, mannerisms, and general lack of strength or masculinity was horrifying.

I know that some women like this and each to their own, but honestly I was pretty shocked.

Out of all the Bad things that are happening to Men in American Society , the whole boys being drugged at school thing is the second thing keeping me up at night. Its like their going to reverse military school. I also see boys get in trouble for no reason at school. I can releate because I also go to special ed with these kids. (social skills (bleh) is completely feminized.)

Interesting. I guess I don’t know too many people in these relationships that complain about having sex life problems but it may be real, people just may not be public about it.

I guess only time will tell if the shift in preference is a positive, neutral, or negative thing.

Men are certainly being feminized but I'm not sure why. Theories:

Easier to control, manipulate
Fewer white children
Appeasement of women
