I have approach anxiety. Between a 50 hour week, chores, the gym, getting enough sleep, and social hobbies, I can't make "Go out for 2 hours/day for 30 days" thing that most AA programs call for work.

Anyone here manage to work on Approach Anxiety and beat it despite a packed schedule? I need ideas for my own situation.

If it matters, I'm in a 400-500k ish town and have a university campus and shopping district within driving distance. But of course, only a couple hours each weekend at best to go there.
