Hey y'all. My husband is currently working super hard and long hours to support us/in preparation for a baby to hopefully join us in 2019. He's living in a different city, so my usual go-tos (massage, adoring sex, delicious cooking) are not an option most of the time. How can I show him how much I appreciate his work ethic & dedication?
Currently, I've got:
explicitly telling him how much I appreciate his efforts
being as frugal as possible to show respect for his earnings
doing what I can to make his life easier from afar (eg handling life admin if possible, not asking him to do me favours)
I'd love any other suggestions! Particularly as I'll be taking time off work to care for hypothetical baby, I want to make sure he knows how much I appreciate his efforts.
