Good day TRP,

I work at your typical office job, 8-5 mon-fri, overweight coworkers (due to sitting down all day, and letting themselves go), etc. I don't enjoy my job, but it's stable and good money for right now.

I'm also a Men's physique competitor, I competed in my 2nd competition last month and won't be competing again until next spring. Giving the fact that it's off-season, I'm a firm believer that you should never let your health and diet go no matter what season it is. I eat to gain lean weight.

2 days ago, it was my coworkers birthday. She had just turned 30 years old, you can tell she looked better in her younger days - but I won't comment to much on that. We bought her a huge red velvet cake and stuck 30 candles in them - did a small celebration. As soon as I was offered some cake, I politely turned it down. Every single one of these overweight hamsters started pressuring me to eat the cake.

"Eat some cake!" "Live life a little." "Oh, you're too good for cake now?" "Leave him alone guys, he's too cool for us."

I stayed calm and told them, Looking good and being healthy, comes with a price. Thank you for the offer though.

I then saw the pattern... They were hamstering - they were trying to get me to eat the cake so they won't feel bad themselves. Exactly like how slutty girls tell their friends to do something slutty so they don't feel bad when they sleep around.

I'll indulge every now and then, but to be honest - i'd rather spend a cheat meal with my girl or mates.

Hamsters will hamst away.
