Number one recommendation in TRP is to start lifting if you already aren't. So I think that thread where more seasoned lifters could share their tips would be great.

At least I myself would need some help. I have followed Stronglifts program now for a month and I love it's simplicity but I've read that it's more about strength than hypertrophy. And I'm mainly interested about aesthetics and not so much about strength. So I think I might need new program, because I want to look more like Arnold Schwarzenegger than like some fat-ass Olympic weight-lifter. So what would be great beginner bodybuilding workout program?
