Re-reading "The Sex God Method" right now. Just finished "Evil", by Roy F Baumeister, and before that it was "Why the West Rules", by Ian Morris (if you enjoyed Guns, Germs and Steel, this is like the sequel and definite answer).

After that it'll probably be Green's Mastery, and I'm tempted to re-read "Vorkosigan Saga". Somewhere in between I'll have to squeeze "Theory of Conflict" by Schelling - awesome, but really hard read - and a book on improv.

I'm reading Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance. Great read so far.

Long time beta. Wasn't really happy with my life as a hole. Wanted some shit to read to help change my philosophy on life. Buddhism seemed to be something that really struck through to me.

Not to turn this into a religious rant or anything. But to me it's about constantly bettering yourself, and to find your place in life.

Read Arabian Nights its a classic. Its a window back into ancient Arabia where hands get cut off, people get boiled to death and all sorts of brutal shit goes down.

Whole Brain Power, by Michael J. Lavery

Accidentally heard about it, tried some of his exercises, noticed the change in just a week of practicing and now I'm hooked. Other people are noticing that I'm much more energetic, present, confident and whatnot. Even strangers on the street have randomly approached me in last two days more than in last 6 months (questions about the streets or objects, some old lady on the airport (I was waiting for my brother) asked if I was that guy supposed to wait her, husband and wife on the same airport asking if some airplane has landed) - weird feeling, I guess I give off the vibe that I know what I'm doing, not sure how to explain it. The most powerful brain workout program I've ever seen.

I'm reading Donovan's The Way of Men and a book called The Middle Ages. The first book is widely recommended around the manosphere, and I like it because it's the only non-academic book that I've discovered that discusses manhood outside of a religious context. The second book is not red pill, but I've always had a fascination with medieval history, and this book is great for getting a sense of what it was like to be alive back then. Not everything needs to be about game or women. It's good to indulge your interests and expand your knowledge.

I have a couple books lined up for the near future.

(1) The 48 Laws of Power. I read his The Art of Seduction and enjoyed it. People praise The Laws of Power around here, so I need to get on that.

(2) Titan by Ron Chernow. Chernow is a highly regarded biographer, and this book is about the life of John D. Rockefeller. I think reading about the great men who have accomplished much in their lives is good for both motivation and good for understanding that part of American history.

(3) Don Juan, A Yaqui Way of Knowledge. I'm not entirely sure what I'm getting in to with this book, but I've been told that if you get it, it will change your perception of everything. I think I'd like to give it a go.

Not reading right now, but am currently watch The Greatest Story Never Told about Adolf Hitler. Very interesting. Roughly a 6 hour documentary.

When I read, I usually read material relates to my profession. Anything about tree health, tree management and what have you. Most recently read Trees in Hard Landscapes.

I'm reading "Mastery" by Robert Greene and "Thinking Fast and Slow" by Daniel Kahneman. I just finished "Benjamin Franklin" by Edmund S. Morgan, and "Influence" by Robert Cialdini. Next up on my reading list are "The Red Queen" by Matt Ridley and Benjamin Franklin's autobiography.

(I keep one book by the crapper and one book in the truck.)

The Vikings by Robert Ferguson. It's a chronicle on the Viking Age til' it's end and how Scandinavians lived during that time. It's interesting to understand and see how the Vikings lived back in the day, and are a good example of some tough as nails men.

I just also recently finished The Black Company by Glen Cook. It's a fantasy book that follows a group of mercenaries, except unlike other fantasy/sci-fi books, they aren't the "good guy." What I love about the book is there's no good or evil, and the mercenaries of the Black Company are some ruthless, morally bankrupt, hard-line swords for hire.

Takimag is excellent. Gavin McCinnes, Nicholas James Pell, Kathy Shaidle, and Jim Goad are all genius. It's explicitly Redpill, although it's not part of the manosphere. Very entertaining, and they sum up everything evil about the left. Here's a great one about bogus rape claims.

I just finished the Kingkiller Trilogy (or rather, two of them, the third isn't out yet). Protagonist does, other than being completely clueless at women, some pretty red pill stuff.

It's also a decent book to talk about. It's fantasy, but not mainstream. No dragons, elves and bullshit like that. The magic is actually practiced with quite a scientific mindset, if you will. By far the best book to mention if reading comes up, imo.

The archives of "The Rational Male". Rollo Tomassi's voluminous articles about evolutionary psychology and its effect on women was the motivation that caused me to come to Reddit and find this sub.

"Might is Right" published 1890. Scanned it enough to see Red Pill knowledge, which in those days was known as common sense, scattered all through it.

"The Evolutionary Psychology Behind Politics" How Conservatism and Liberalism evolved within humans. Puts forth a fairly plausible explanation for the reasons Liberals and Conservatives think and act like they do. It may be applicable to alpha/beta/etc behavior. Haven't read the whole thing.

"Never Fight Fair" WW2 and Vietnam derring do. Eyewitness account of firefights, etc. What sticks in my mind is that when a man is hit by bullet or shrapnel, a lot of times he doesn't realize it, it's only when the battle is over and the adrenaline dies down that the wounds begins to burn. Probably won't finish as there is no value added, just fun.
