The documentary covers what science has to say about differences in male and female brain from psychology, behavior and neuroscience point of view. The differences are there and are pretty obvious.

The funny thing though is that the females (specially the presenter Alice Roberts) in the show are completely oblivious to the facts and keep forcing and rationalizing about how we don't know what causes the differences, how they're unimportant, controversial and that it's better to (nearly) ignore what science has to say.

Admitting the difference and letting science do it's job would make better and easier drug development, mental illness treatment, upbringing, education and people choosing jobs for their talents. But it's a controversial topic, so everybody just has to pretend that we don't know shit.

At the end of the show, Alice (and Michael white-knight-ly following) conclude that the differences are mostly from social upbringing and that we're more or less the same.

Science proving, society ignoring.

All the feminist agenda aside, it's a pretty good documentary.
