Sleep, Diet, Exercise, Career, Social Life

  1. Sleep: 7-8 hours, wake up early for work, have routine.
  2. Diet: IIFYM, assorted vegetables w/ extra greens, and supps (Soy-Free Whey Isolate, Creatine, Multivitamin, Vitamin D, & Fish Oil).
  3. Exercise: Strength & Cardio (strength more important, muscle burns more calories)
  • Weightlifting: Bench, Row, OHP, Squat, Deadlift, Pull-Up, Chin-Up w/ accessories
  • Girls Like: Ottermode Arms & Abs, and/or V-Taper w/ Big Shoulders
  • Useful Cardio: BJJ, Judo, Wrestling, Boxing, Muay-Thai
  1. Career: STEM, and/or Doctor/Lawyer/Engineer, otherwise skip college and join a trade.
  • Ultimate goal should be business, most millionaires are entrepreneurs/businessmen.
  • Networking is the biggest controllable factor for success.
  • Invest wisely and save money for early retirement.
  1. Join clubs/teams, get hobbies, go party once in a while, reach out to friends IRL, look online for meetup/group/dating apps/sites/forums.
  • Girls like social guys, shyness and social awkwardness are huge turnoffs.
  • Don’t consider marriage until you’re A) 30 or older and B) have had at least 25 HB5+ partners.
