I'm currently a digital marketing coordinator at a smaller digital marketing firm that has accepted an offer for a new position at another agency in town. The new position is a considerable pay increase and the company is a step up in terms of career growth and professional development.

I have 2 questions:

What is the best way to put in my 2 weeks notice without burning any bridges?

How would you help in the transition process when the old company doesn't have anyone within the business that can do what you do?

Currently, I am the only one at the business that knows how to do my job, they are a small business with not many employees and I don't want to leave them hanging. While my job isn't particularly difficult once you know what you're doing, it's a very steep learning curve. I do mainly PPC advertising on Facebook, Google Ads, & LinkedIn Ads.
