I've been invited to give a talk about life, business and building wealth to 30 high school students, what insights would you like to have heard at 16?

As per the title, a mentor has voluntold me to give a short tour of my company's headquarter office to 30 or so Catholic students.

I have a small company <50 people and have a presentation prepared around business, entrepreneurship and how to build your mission.
