Just discovered trp and this just happened. Not sure if it belongs here but thought id share it. Im hanging out with my girlfriend when i get a text message from an ex. My phone is linked on bluetooth to my car so my gf saw the number. Long story short she freaks out completely. Shes punching me, shes slamming the car window she is wilding out.

I decide to drive her home in hopes that she will get out but shes not going anywhere. I sit there for 5 minutes taking the wrath of her fury and decide to drive to the local police station and have them figure it out. Luckily its only 3 minutes away and i cant even describe what happened on the ride there im just glad i didnt crash.

I park the car and run inside before my gf can react. I get inside the lobby and explain my situation to the male officer working there. I tell him i didnt touch her, i drove her home she would not get out and all the crazy shit. I inform him that shes still in the car and i need advice on what to do. Right at that moment she comes walking in. she cusses me out, calls me a coward for going to the cops and says shes walking home. The officer looks at me and says "dude she is PISSED if you live toguether you better get home before she does". . . Thats it. He doesnt try to stop her, he doesnt question her, he doesnt even ask if i want to press chargers for her assaulting me. She just gets to walk away looking like a crazy bitch. I guarantee if a woman had ran in roles reversed then the bpyfriend walks in, he would have been on the ground getting arrested.

To be fair when you said she started freaking out over a text, that's a huuuge red flag. When she started hitting you that's the end.
If the roles were reversed.. well you know
Just ghost her

You need to say the magic words that you want to press charges. You are completely right though, but the cop was just being lazy. Domestic disputes are he said she said garbage. Did you have any marks? No marks means you can’t prove anything.

Actually this might have been the best thing for you. If they got involved she could have made up anything and you might have been going to jail instead.

12 upvotesSiliconeGiant6 months ago

The magic words lmao. Sad but true.

181 upvotesNergaal6 months ago

Dude NEVER try to involve the police into domestic issues. If things escalate, chances are somebody has to be found guilty, and the guy is usually the default aggressor. Record things, like her going crazy at you. And save it for when the police might come to arrest you.

If your gf went crazy at you in front of a police officer, you have no idea how little filter she has, and have no idea how much is she willing to escalate things. NEVER. STICK. YOUR. DICK. IN. CRAZY.

true story: back in 2013, my homie was at a red light in his car. a car with two black bitches pulls up and they engage him in some shit talk. they go back and forth, he flips em off and books as the light turned green. the bitches followed him to his house. he quickly ran inside thinking they wouldn't see which house he went into, but they did. so he went outside, got in the girl's face and told her to stay the fuck away from his house. then he got in the car and left. the bitch calls the cops saying my boy put a gun to her head lol. he never even owned a gun. my boy comes back like an hour later thinking they are gone. cops drag him out of the car, rip up his car seats searching for the supposed gun, never find anything. the cops arrest him ANYWAY and book him for an assault with a deadly weapon (which never was found). no evidence except the word of some trashbag ghetto bitch. homebody spent almost 7 months in the county awaiting trial which of course he beat. i told him to sue the police dept and the city and the fucking DA. but he just moved back to his home state and became a preacher. fucking nuts.

34 upvotesrorrr6 months ago

His biggest mistake: not recording any of this shit.

7 upvotesField_Of_View6 months ago

To be fair when there are weird strangers at your house threatening you his reaction doesn't seem plausible. Either you're genuinely intimidated and you call the cops or you stay and protect your home. Driving away for an arbitrary amount of time, then returning doesn't seem like a natural reaction. That's probably why the cops didn't believe him. Who leaves his house unprotected with threatening strangers around? Who is intimidated enough to drive away but doesn't call the police?

2 upvotesrussian_nigger6 months ago

you do make a good point, however the guy is pretty awkward in general so he just felt to do that for some reason. he told me during visitation that he just wanted to leave the place so they would leave. it made perfect sense to him at the time. i've done weird shit under stress too.

It's crazy when one day you wake up, and realize 90% of men are fucking drones, marching towards pussy and their inevitable death. No self-awareness, and no self respect. That's the only reason women are monsters nowadays. Us.

65 upvotesgood_guy_submitter6 months ago

The state uses women as a tool and excuse to exercise power over men.

Like puppet masters dangling idiot little puppets. The government is not the friend of men, nor women either, women are just the prized tools of the trade so of course it protects them.

28 upvotesNoitrasama6 months ago

You guys are fucked. In Africa she wouldn't play that shit. If I wanted the police would lock her ass up. Most likely we men don't press charges over such.we handle our shit.

1 upvotesBear-With-Bit6 months ago

Surprise surprise, being weak is not good.

1 upvotesfeministdunce6 months ago

We also gave them rights after millions of years of civilization did everything they could to stop that from happening. They did it for a reason

47 upvotesHamlet_Prime6 months ago

Sometimes I wonder if people like this cater to women because we know they are physically weaker etc, like a child being mad at you or a sinking ship and letting the cripple get off before you do.

Other times I think most people innately want to be beta and undervalue themselves.

I’m not sure but I had to bring this up here because the timing was perfect

26 upvotesalecesne6 months ago

The vitality of a society it determined by the quality of its uteruses.

If you have a lot of healthy wombs, the population grows.

If you have a lot of unhealthy wombs, it shrinks.

Men innately want to protect women.

17 upvotesdeathhandmachiavelli6 months ago

No, that's not the reason.

Society and individuals just like females better than males.

19 upvotesSKRedPill6 months ago

This is again biology at work. Children, then women, then men (oh, well not quite, you're probably expected to fight back anyway).

5 upvotesgabeangelo6 months ago

That's neither the reason, it's because as a MAN you are physically and mentally stronger and should be able to handle a woman. Woman are the equvalent of kids, if an adult can't deal with them, they are regarded as weak and useless and frowned upon.

1 upvotesdeathhandmachiavelli6 months ago

it's because as a MAN you are physically and mentally stronger

You are coping.

Society and individuals just like women better.

3 upvotesgabeangelo6 months ago

Yes, it does. But that's a very simplistic reason. The other one is regarding the expectation set on us.

If you go and tell your friends your kid/gf beat you up, you would get laughed at and bullied into oblivion.

5 upvotesDunc0ne6 months ago

Beta: Do things for others who don't want to or believe they can do things for themselves, because Mr//Mrs.Beta doesn't want to do things for themselves and wants to believe the world is a place where they are a victim of circumstance and can pawn their responsibility for themselves off for 'good deeds.'

Alpha: Takes responsibility for self. Owns circumstances, regardless of what they are. Owns suffering as a tool for growth(All suffering, ever). Puts one step in front of the other, only looks backwards in so far as the past can be a tool for self-improvement.

2 upvoteszacdesai6 months ago

I looked over at my girlfriend who then looks at me and gives me a kiss on the cheek.

There’s a different reaction for you to compare to

106 upvotesSir_Distic6 months ago

The cops will ALWAYS take a female's side. They are some of the biggest and most dangerous white knights. Keep in mind that they deal with a lot of domestic abuse where the man did beat her. So they are biased and rightfully so. But they are never going to be on your side. Even when presented with proof.

53 upvotesalecesne6 months ago

Years ago, when I was ignorant, I experienced something like this. She broke a window, threw books, hit me in the head. I held her wrist to stop an attack. Called the cops after she broke my glasses.

She claimed I hurt her wrist.

They arrested both of us.

Power. That’s it.

8 upvotesthe_truth_is_asshole6 months ago

they arrested both of you until they could figure out what's going on. two conflicting stories and they have to do their job.

an arrest isn't a guilty verdict.

4 upvotesalecesne6 months ago

As a question of law, the officers aren't in the wrong. Cross-complaints of domestic violence, coupled with a complaint and denial of malicious property damage. The municipality (in a Midwestern town) had a policy of mandatory arrest for domestic violence calls, even if the alleged victim later retracts the accusation. And on paper, if they went home after hearing her say "he twisted my arm", and the next day she showed up in a hospital with a broken wrist, they'd be on the hook.

We live in a society where the state is expected to come into your house pretty aggressively. We've traded the risk of a false positive heavily against the risk of a false negative, by judging the prospect of any further domestic violence as being worse than any unnecessary arrest. Not everwhere is like that. I've lived abroad in a couple of different countries. There are plenty of places where the officers would say "I see no evidence of excessive bodily harm here, you two need to sort your own shit out" and leave because nobody was using a true weapon.

This was about 6 months into my marriage. It was a Friday night, so we got the whole weekend to think and read whatever second hand books were in the local detention facility. But come Monday, she "repented" and swore it would never happen again. And being 100% blue-pilled at that time, I drank that piss like it was wine.

To all the young bucks out there, keep your eyes open. When you wear rose colored glasses, you'll miss the red flags. I was good about screening for the classic ones: she doesn't smoke, rarely drank (maybe half a glass of wine on a holiday), low n-count, was petite, and was very smart. But holy shit hid she hide a lot of family shit. I'd been brought up to be accepting and not judge people on that shit, to not search for it. Well, that's a good way to end up with a domineering narcissistic and frequently abusive wife.

You grow up knowing and believing that you are able to defend yourself. That you have dignity and power. But one day you discovery that society can turn that on on it's head. If I tried one tenth of the shit she pulled that first year, I'd be in jail right now. That isn't an exaggeration.

Honestly, it was this incident that set me off onto the internet to discover the Red Pill. It wasn't the last, and I'm still learning.

A lot of guys post long reports here because they want to boast about how they've "figured it all out". I can't boast that. I'll start working out, and then the job becomes demanding and I fall out of the routine. Establish frame for a few months, and then something happens and it cracks.

The only thing in this world you can control is yourself. That's square 1.

For guys out there with a partner who has a mental health problem (even if undiagnosed), remember that you've got to be strong. If I didn't have a child, I'd have ended this years ago. I know a lot of guys would. I could be out there slaying it. But I feel like if I don't stay in my daughter's life as a model of healthy masculinity, she'll become another wayward young woman of the sort you all know who learns nothing but entitlement and contempt from a single mother.

There are a lot of guys over in Married Red Pill who walk the line between being a strong father and an ATM. Well, well life, hardship, freedom, and the choice to be authentic has been thrust on each and every one of us.

When the next depression or war rolls around, and things get hard, its you who everyone will look to. They'll want you to die for them, and if you live, to build for them. But that's what men have always done. Build your foundations, and know that even in an era of hedonism and ingratitude, tomorrow is the judge of today, and you are responsible for every day of your life.

3 upvotesPsynaut6 months ago

an arrest isn't a guilty verdict.

No, but you do have to disclose it and explain it when you apply for your Trusted Traveler status, or an SBA loan, or even, iirc, a series 6, 63, 7 etc license. There are probably other situations I don't know about. But, even an arrest for mistaken identity is held against you by the government today.

3 upvotesTheGreatConst6 months ago

This never happens when it is the guy who was the aggressor. Never. They only arrest both parties when man is a victim.

32 upvotesreluctantly_red6 months ago

The cops will ALWAYS take a female's side.

That's starting to change. I'm getting more female DV clients. But cops still suck at determining who is the primary aggressor.

28 upvotesLandoChronus6 months ago

They don't suck at it. Sucking implies that they're trying to do it and failing.

They don't try to figure out if the girl is responsible or started it. It's not even that they don't care. They can't believe the girl would be at fault because they're programmed to believe girls are flawless and innocent.

14 upvotesreluctantly_red6 months ago

Actually cops are arresting way more women for domestic violence these days. However, its been my experience that in many of these cases (like with many male arrests) they hooked the wrong person.

3 upvotesVoxVirilis6 months ago

"Don't attribute to malice, that which can be attributed to incompetence."

If there's one thing you can count on from the cops, its incompetence.

15 upvotescdh10036 months ago

'Biased and rightfully so'? At least 40% of DV cases are women attacking men. It is not the job of the police to presume or determine guilt; that's for the courts.

Better to say that the whole criminal justice system is, sadly, biased in favour of women.

46 upvotesQueenSlapFight6 months ago

they are biased and rightfully so

No, they're not. Women attack men way more than the other way around. Quit blowing smoke out your ass and perpetuating the bullshit.

9 upvotesBlackjointnerD6 months ago

You might be right but I personally dont care....when a girl decides to scream and yell in your face, trash your car, verbally assault and borderline get physical with you while your driving...which could put you both in danger...when your just trying to be cool and drop her off because you guys havent been getting along all night but she wants to make threats on my freedom....yeah I would do it again in a heart beat...i took the abuse for a couple hours and said fuck it and threw her purse out the window and when she got out the car i drove off..bitches think they invincible because they have a vagina

6 upvotesModernSchizoid6 months ago

It's just the way society is today. It isn't right, but it is what it is. We're still some ways off from true neutrality in such matters.

Dude (good_guy_submitter) who says that the state uses women to control men is bang on target. It's not just the state, it's businesses through advertising, families under the guise of unity. The government does it under the guise of bullshit concepts like "welfare" and "equality"...and their intentions ultimately have nothing to do with either.

8 upvoteswanderer7796 months ago

This is common knowledge around here, but for newcomers who are unaware: there is evidence women are actually more violent than men

despite that, most jurisdictions still use the duluth model for domestic violence intervention, which treats men as abusers and women as victims.

1 upvotesalecesne6 months ago

It's also about who you're violent towards.

Women tend to be in-group violent, towards spouses and children.

Men tend to be out-group violent, towards rivals and strangers.

In group is more likely to conceal and forgive, out group is more likely to aggregate and resist.

Human nature.

6 upvoteslargepaycheckaddict6 months ago

lol Bpd as fuck. As someone who narrowly evaded a felony charge when my ex called the cops and told them I choked her (all I did was throw her on the bed after she jumped on me, preventing me from leaving during an argument).

Crazy/BPD women aren't called crazy just for fun. Hard next, even though I know you won't. That's ok though, just don't do anything stupid like hit her or kill yourself once she manipulation and gas lighting ramps up and maybe you might come out the other side a stronger man.

4 upvotesricoue6 months ago

3 upvotesgeo_gan6 months ago

Exactly. Women’s sociopathic, irrational behaviour is tolerated and protected by cucks and white Knight big brother society now. In ancient times, she would get the shit kicked out of her for behaving like that with no big brother surrogate Daddy society to protect her cunt behaviour.

1 upvotesScreenwatch236 months ago

Figured I'd add this. 40% of police offers have been charged with domestic abuse. It's something absurd like that. 1 upvotestkhendall6 months ago

Men are seen as cannon fodder, women are able to dance between the line of of children and heroes when it’s convenient to them. I don’t have a problem with it because I know most women are far to irrational and emotionally weak to assume the role men do.

7 upvotesSelf_Descr_Huguenot6 months ago

Lol it’s not about him actually being scared of her, it’s about the fact this bitch is obviously batshit fuckin nuts and therefore probably the type inclined to falsely accuse him of domestic violence, OP went to the cops to preempt her.

1 upvotesthe_green_grundle6 months ago

He’s not a pussy for going to them. For most reasonable guys in this situation it seems like the logical move. Unfortunately, the police aren’t there to help men, or anyone really. He likely went to the cops to avoid any false allegations as well. But how would a person who’s never been in that situation deal with it?

Quite frankly, he’s lucky he didn’t get arrested along with her because that’s often how it goes. I had a buddy go to the police because his gf was routinely abusing him. He never touched her. He went to the station to report everything and HE got arrested.

No, he’s not a pussy, he just didn’t know any better. Sadly, the best move when dealing with crazy women is to just straight up get a good lawyer. Only go to the cops to prevent bogus allegations from the woman, don’t do it without counsel though.

-10 upvotesdangnthienphu6 months ago

To me, what he meant was that you should get home first or you wouldn't be able to get in the house, and be able to present at the place first will do some better "damage control" in all aspects.

Secondly, she didn't do anything that hurt you physically, she didn't even cause any scenes. If the roles were switch, she might acted hurt, acted scare, and if you are the cop in those situations, what would you instinctively will do? What if you are not cop, just a human being?

I think both men and women understand their "women privileges", it is just that, would you use that privileges (and accept looking like a pussy) or deal with the situation handed to you, yourself.

13 upvotesRaizzen6 months ago

She didn’t do anything to hurt him physically and didn’t cause a scene ? We’re we even reading the same article or are you the cop ?

1 upvotesdangnthienphu6 months ago

You are reading the story by his perspective. To the cop, there was a guy come in, then he explained about his gf being mad and drama, then a girl walked in, telling him a coward, and said she will walk home.

I was discussing about his last sentence that if the role were reversed, guy would be arrested. No. He isn't if he have done exactly what she did, no more no less.

1 upvotesdangnthienphu6 months ago

If the role were reversed, cop wouldn't even dare to say "lady, you should get home before he does" also. So if you want to talk about "if the role reversed" you should reversed it for the whole thing, not just the point that benefits you.
