If a woman rejects you for that it means she would've divorced you anyways if the times got hard. Living at home as a man is the best way to filter out the superficial women that would break up with you easily.

i dont know what her living at home has to do with anything, she most likely wants to date a guy who has his own place so she can get away from her parents house freely. and yes in american culture its more normal for a girl to stay at home for longer.

I myself was living with my parents until recently because my uni is in the same city where my parents live so it would just be dumb to spend extra money for another place to stay when I could do that perfectly at home.

My parents weren't home almost everyday so having sex at home wasn't hard either.

I just moved out to live with a good friend otherwise I would've still stayed with parents until I'm done with uni. Saving 200 euro month(that's almost 10k euro in 4 years in a low cost apartment , imagine if rent was as high as 500 euro that's a ton of money to have out of school) which I would pay for rent is a huge amount over the course of 4 years.

Definitely takes a toll on male SMV or even female SMV but depends on the circumstances imo.

Working a dead end job and living with parents? Bad.

Still studying and looking to save money? Shows maturity and responsibility.

You know what’s really going to add to your SMV? Money. So, do the right thing and let that shit grow.

Take this time to get in shape and grow financially with an eye towards your future. That’s the carrot you have to dangle, not your own place.

When I was in college (white guy here), I lived in a fucking closet dorm room where my roommate’s bed was less than 10 feet away from mine and not separated by any wall.

I had sex in Central Park, I would have sex in my car, in my father’s office after 8pm. Shit, one time, someone came into my father’s office while I was half dressed and the girl was naked, and I was like hand signaling her to leave. Had plenty of embarrassing moments like that. And of course, I would coordinate with my roommate to have “alone time” in our door room. But I also had sex in my old bedroom over my parents’ house during college as well.

Anywhere we could have sex, we had sex. When there’s a will, there’s a way. It was never really an issue for me growing up, and I’m a white guy.

If a girl has an issue with the fact of where the economy is and what it means to be in college and starting your life, then you two are just not compatible. Don’t change your whole friggin life on the off chance that maybe you end up long term with this one girl. That’s stupid.

Play the not so long game and save up that money to get a condo.
