If you don't know: E = extroversion; I = introversion N = intuition; S = sensing F = feeling; T = thinking J = judging; P = perceiving

Extroverts gain energy from social interactions, whereas introverts expend it. It doesn't mean what a lot of people think it means (such as introversion = socially awkward).

Sensors are more concrete and concerned with what "is" than what could be. They're more connected to the outside world and usually more "in the moment." Intuitives tend to be more concerned with ideas and possibilities and they tend to spend more time in their head.

Feelers base their actions on their feelings while thinkers do what's reasonable. This is the least complicated dichotomy and probably the one that says the most about your personality besides E / I.

Perceivers tend to be more open minded. They also tend to be more spontaneous and are very poor at setting long term goals and usually struggle with procrastination. However, they're also more intelligent (on average) than judgers. Judgers tend to be very good long term planners. They tend to have more structure and routine in their life and a lot less unpredictability.

The personality type most common for men is ESTJ, while for women it's ESFJ.

Also, this is mostly bullshit if you take it seriously. It doesn't tell you anything you don't already know about yourself.
