I find this question hard to answer for anyone not in school. In school almost everyone you see is guaranteed to be around your age, but out in real world it is hard to determine age. There are just too many people who are in their late 20's/early 30's and look like they are in highschool, and others in that same age looking like they can be a grandma soon. And the margin for error increases with age. I've had people think my grandpa is in his 60's even though he is in his 90's. It is even harder when you do not live in communities dominated by a single race, since it is more difficult to guess someone's age if they are of a different race.

I'm in my mid twenties, so a lot of girls in my age range are sexually attractive by virtue of existing and not being deformed or obese. But most of them have terrible fitness, diet, and lifestyle habits that are in some cases already affecting their beauty, so there's only a few i'm confident I'd still want to f*ck in twenty years.

Women in my age range? For marriage, <1%. For ONS, perhaps about 20%. The <1% of women that I would find marriagable would probably not be considered all that attractive by most men, though. I like things most men find unattractive--I like things most men find attractive, too, but I see it like this: I could marry a 9 and have to deal with her awareness of her own conventional attractiveness, with competition from other men, etc. And for that I get some social recognition for having a hot wife. Or I could marry a 7 that is a 9 to me, and I would have an easier time. I would just sacrifice some social recognition, a good trade I think. Actually I would probably get some points for having unconventional taste, since I come off as beig able to "do better" but not wanting to, I don't come off as settling for a less attractive girl.

For ONS, I prefer conventionally attractive girls so I can see what all the fuss is about. So far, I don't get it. A perfect butt or tiny waist just don't compensate for real sexual compatibility.

Same percentage. The reason for a difference is due to outside influence, like drugs or social pressure. "Marriage material" looks just means you'd be proud to have them out in public or meet your friends and family.
