It's a theme I've seen on this sub quite often:

"This woman wants a guy who's well-educated, successful, and good looking, but what does SHE bring to the table? She's cute, sure, but he has all this other stuff going for him! All she brings to the table are her looks!"

But then...

"Why do women think that being interesting, successful or wealthy would help them at all? Rich, successful, good looking men would rather marry a 15 year old cashier."

The truth is, a woman who is very good looking IS bringing all that's necessary to the table, if that's all the guy cares about (and TRP insists this is all any man cares about). If her income, personality and education are irrelevant, then why harangue her about bringing nothing but looks to the table? That's all you're looking for anyway.

The truth is (at least IMO):

1.) Plenty of women are hardworking, successful, smart and interesting (and some of these women are good looking too) but none of those women are going to want to be with a man who clearly has no interest in anything other than her looks.

2.) Most men actually do care about these things to some extent, which is why you don't actually see attractive successful men often marrying 16 year old waitresses (at least, the ones in my social circle are married to equally good looking and educated women, who they meet through mutual friends.) Yes I'm aware there are outliers, I'm talking about the vast majority of people.

3.) If looks are literally the only thing you care about, the only women you are going to wind up with are good looking and bring nothing else to the table. Similarly, a woman who only cares about a guy's income is likely to wind up with a lot of wealthy guys who aren't necessarily good looking or fun to be with.
