Women are’t less violent; they're simple weaker

This is an argument I formulated a while back, and I’m curious how the wider RP, BP, and female communities respond to it. Any FDS please respond as well, I’d love to hear thoughts/counterarguments:

I often hear women talk about how men commit almost all the violence in the world against both men and women, but this isn’t true. On the internet you can find thousands of instances of women initiating violence where there was none before. They’re just generally not very good at it. If they fight a man you can almost always witness him shrugging off her attacks or, if she messed with the wrong guy, him handing her ass to her. If she’s committing violence against a girl you will almost always witness some painfully inept fighting. Men don’t commit the vast majority of violence in the world, they simply commit the vast majority of effective violence in the world. Most women, if they went out and tried to mug someone, would get their asses handed to them. But this doesn’t make them peaceful; the only one is truly peaceful is he who is capable of using violence to force his will upon others, but chooses not to, because it is the right thing to do. Those who are incapable of violence are not peaceful. Women are not more peaceful or less violent; they’re weaker.
