This is a sum up of this video, the effects of atrazine, and frogs turning gay. It will be worth your time, trust me. It is pretty long though, TLDR at the bottom.

Testosterone in men has been lowering for at least 15 years, and definitely longer. Total test has decreased 22% over 15 years, and free test has decreased 45% over the past 15 years. Fertility rate of men/sperm dropped 59.3% blah blah blah you get the point.

Testosterone decreases risk of depression, weight gain, loss of motivation, and many other shitty things. It also increases overall alphaness. Test is often linked to making successful men successful. Their are many other factors that influence men, but let me just say I've never seen anyone with high test complain about it. On the other hand, soy boys (literally because of soy, I'll get to that soon), often have extremely low levels of test and dont seem to care. I'm sure most of you already knew this, so lets get to the juicy bits.

Endocrine disrupters are things that mess up hormones in your body, and I'm specifically talking about them in terms of disrupting T. These disrupters are everywhere, in clothing, furniture, plastics, toys, hygene products, food, water, and almost anything else you can name. The three most harmful disrupters are Atrazine, BPA, and Phthalates.

Let's take a look at atrazine. Atrazine is in weed killers, lakes and oceans, and drinking water. I'm sure everybody has heard about "the water turning the frogs gay", and has probably been influenced by what the media said about it. The media claimed the scientists were crazy, and that the study was useless. It was a cover up. Atrazine, at 200 nanograms per meter, turned male frogs into female frogs, even allowing them to lay eggs. What in the fuck?! 200 nanograms is far less then the 200,000 nanograms allowed in DRINKING WATER. Europe banned Atrazine in 2004, but the USA did nothing. If you want to avoid atrazine as much as possible, pick up a charcoal water filter, and only drink from that. I'd recommend this one for the easiest set up, and no I don't make money off of this.

The second biggest offender is BPA, it's everywhere, especially in drinking water, plastic, and food. A study done in Paris took aborted fetuses latic cells and gave them 3 days of bpa exposure. This resulted in a 50% decrease of testosterone. BPA is nearly impossible to avoid. Phthalates are the worst offender by far. This shit is everywhere. It's in milk, cosmetics, furniture, food, plastic, water, fucking everywhere. Fun fact: Milk causes a noticable decrease in measurable testosterone.

Not going to write a whole paragraph, but genetically modified soy is also terrible for your T. Taking soy protien powder before or after a workout noticably decreases test. A study was done with whey, a placebo, and soy protien to test T levels during a workout, and as expected, when using soy protien powder, men actually have a DECREASE in T while working out. Moral is: Don't be a soyboy.

Their are many other things that effect testosterone, but I'm not going to label each one, just know a few of the most common places these disrupters are found is in drinking water, plastic, food, and milk.

So everything is attacking our balls, what can we do about it? Like I said before, it would be in your best interest to pick up a water filter. Use a stainless steel waterbottle, none of this plastic shit. Try to minimize highly processed food. Don't eat meats out a plastic bag, that shit should only ever touch a wooden chopping board. Try to replace any plastic exposure to your food. Try to avoid those shitty candles that are supposed to smell good too. Look for BPA free stuff. Sleep is also a pick part of T, so make sure to get a good amount.

Keep that T high boys.

TLDR: T has been dropping for decades. To avoid losing T, avoid plastic, and get a water filter. Also get good sleep.
