I happened to stumble across this subreddit a few days ago and I am really impressed by the discussions I see happening here. It takes real bravery to put yourself out there and welcome criticism of your deepest held beliefs in the way many men (and possibly some women) and women have done on this subreddit. As someone who struggles a lot with negative emotions, I can assure you all that hatred and ignorance really doesn’t do anything good for you in the long run. Life gets better the more you’re able to empathize with the experiences of others. Congrats on everyone here who is working towards doing just that.
