Just found out I’m not eating nearly enough protein so I’ve decided to bulk a bit. Usually I eat under my daily calorie so I can lose weigh , e.g. I’m supposed to eat 2000 a day, I eat around 1600 with 120g of that being protein.

With bulking I’ve found it harder to keep under 2000 and wonder how long I should bulk before I cut.

And when I cut, how does that work?
