Hello gentlemen,

I am proposing a radical theory, well, one I haven't really seen mentioned.

Around my travels over the last ten years, and especially these last 18 months where I have had time to just be, reflect and not have to answer to anyone anymore, I've been educated on people's around the worlds, visited great ancient cities and had time to think something really silly, and hopefully I can make it make sense.

RICE, BREAD, and basically any simple mass produced food is for slaves and domesticated.

In the year 2019 going onto 2020, we have more knowledge than ever before, but we still have rampant health problems in the west, exaggerated obesity, and straight up individuals who think biology has no basis in science, in other words, they don't see the connection between what they put into their body and how it affects is.

Look at farm animals, all they do is eat, different from their wild counterparts and would surely die without their human handlers, or int he case of pigs, they turn feral again.

Humans are easily domesticable just like farm animals. Give humans easy food that they can eat without them having to expend their energy looking for it, and now all of a sudden, you have humans that can work together to plant food in the fields, build great cities, work as servants, etc, so the people at the top can enjoy.

The food that is readily available to eat, i.e., FAST FOOD, is an extension of the agricultural revolution. Easy carbs, that easily satiate the belly, disregard for nutrients, and the well being of the individual and the extreme taste of the food taking importance over the real value it provides to a person's biological functions.

On a trip to any busy western mall, you can easily see the domesticated. Docile expression, crooked neck, out of shape body with sunken chest , extends porting bellies, no pep to their step, but most importantly, they easily fall prey to sales, extremely delicious foods, and tend to stick in crowds benefiting from the "safety of the herd" mentality in terms of group think and consumerism.

Modern society is free from hunting, stunting their natural born instincts to survive, don't use their legs as intended and no pressure at all to be strong since it is assumed one will be protected. Instead, we live in a zoo, where we go along easily marked paths, with food easy to get so we can expend our energies for someone's else's need, taking time away from a person to develop their own logical and rationale view of the world, and anything that involves slight danger is discouraged.

Hell, even the ads for pills for people with HEART PROBLEMS and other bullshit are told to CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE BEGINNING ANY TYPE OF EXERCISE, as if exercising is something complicated or dangerous for a HUMAN BEING. We were explicitly created to be strong and fast, yet, there are lots of humans running around saying stupid shit like , I cant's loose weight because of (insert health issue here).

Grains, rice, and wheat, and other agricultural innovations that set us free from being a nomadic species to a sedentary one introduced a set of problems that in the end, just keep snowballing into a problem>solution cycle. Instead of eating healthy and exercising, there are people in western countries who take 10 or more pills a day just to survive, but won't put down fried or greasy foods, hamburgers, or even alcohol, which I would argue is another product meant to domesticate.

On my buddies dog.

I always trip out how people treat their pets. I don't have any, so to me, pets are this amazing and curious thing in people's homes. I like to look at dog food bags at people's homes because they are usually never the same, but here is the point:

I have a buddy who buys a brand of dog food that says FIT and STRONG, and he is very proud of how he treats his dog, but at the same time , no self awareness that he is neither FIT or HEALTHY, and has his fridge full of easy snacks loaded with useless calories, only exercise he gets is when the dog gets it, and is rather happy chilling on his ass at home. He used to be active, but I am convinced that besides being unhealthy, foods with explosive carbs and based on rice or grains does something to the chemistry in the brain, along with the body, making a person docile and satisfied to a point of some sort of unaware bliss to just be and go along with any program, since their basic need is more than met.

Modern society and cities would not have existed without the agricultural revolution, and the industrial revolution was a more pervasive offshoot, since now man didn't really have to work the land to make his own home or living when he could just live in urban crowded areas, basically human zoos, and have time to do things that may or may not align with a human's inherit biological needs.

If anybody could build on this, provide some comments, criticism or insight, I would appreciate it, as I believe a lot of the ills facing us in society is that besides society at large not meeting their biological needs, a lot of people are just domesticated: go along with the plan and don't cause waves, and be obedient cattle for those running the show.

Thanks for reading.
