Everyone leans towards one of the other. We all have an ego even when we do something for others (like giving to charity) we get a payoff. An Egotist is someone who knows there a place in the world and would fight for it on the extreme they are called a sociopath when they have low empathy. They think of people are just like objects were you thinking of them like what do I push to get this result. Egocentric is someone mostly unconscious thinks as if the world revolves around them. The Egotist tries to understand people for their own gain while the egocentric does not even try to figure out the other person they may say something along the lines of how could you have done this to me vs thinking of their actions to get the result of the person being mad. Politicians and business people fall more on the Egotism side while the Egocentric people are more the actors. This link is an example of Kanye West who is extremely Egocentric https://youtu.be/aXMRw0ZmI-A

Men are typically Egotist while women at typically Egocentric. Men who lean more towards the Egocentric side are the ones who don't have their lives together they aren't working on themselves thinking the world owes them a hot girl. These guys get ripped off by pick up artists who say you can get an HB9 and an HB10 without money, states, and looks. They either don't understand or believe in SMV. One of the upsides to being a man who is an Egocentric is Law 34: Be royal in your own fashion: act like a king to be treated like one. In sales, it's called assuming the sale. Assume something going to happen and more often than not it will. I did door to door sales and we were taught to say something like “When we come over would you like us to get your playset” just a lot of “When we come over” not “If we come over.” This is not to say the Egotist can't act like kings, in fact, I would argue they are better at it when they learn how to. People who lean far on the Egocentric people can't do sales because they don't know how to get people what they want. Here's an example of assuming the close you can apply this for business to asking a girl on a date https://youtu.be/f3JN6sYAQms
