What's on my mind specifically is the rising and falling level of confidence and motivation/interest.
Keeping a routine doesn't feel hard, it feels... impossible. One week I will be excited about change, and what the gym will do for me and my value.
One week I will be excited about my business and what working on it will do for me and my value.
And then I won't care at all.
I ask because it feels like I am fluctuating between my alpha strength and beta weakness.
The more I learn and read the sidebar, the more I feel I'm building a more secure foundation, but I am very curious about how you experience trp if you're bipolar, or even have any other mental illness weighing you down.
